Unfortunately tons of rain and course took a beating. Heard good things about Beat Creek but it was rough at best. Very slow due to cart path only didn’t help spending more time than wanted here. Nice layout.

Hadn’t played since last season and this course was open and friendly. Excellent value for the cost.
Shalimar Pointe Golf Club

No grass on the course. Bunkers unkept. Cannot comment on greens as they were recently aerated to add to our disappointment. To pay $44 and play the best course in the area for $11 more Doesnt make sense. Staff was great and friendly but we won’t be back.
Thank you for playing with us and providing the review. We did go through a short rough period with our conditions mainly related to weather. Winter is a difficult time to recover. I encourage you to give us another try as it is much improved since then.

We play here every winter. Considering it’s Fevruary, the fairways and tees are not prime but course and views are great. Pace is usually the best in Destin.

As this was our first round since last Fall, we didn’t want to pay top dollar to dust off the cob webs. It’s an ok course to do this. Conditions a little rough.

So enjoyed this track. Got to use all clubs with varied layout. Tried Raven too late in our stay...would have played there every day!

Very nice course with character. It was a drive from Destin but an excellent value for the golf fee.
Rocky Bayou Country Club

Good course with great rates. Load your own clubs..figure out whose on the tee but nice variety. Fairways sparse but good greens. A local country club trying to make a few bucks. Would go back again.

The course was a good layout and for early February, decent condition. It's evident the Pro Shop and amenities are quite dated and in need of updating. Having a Pro Shop up a huge flight of steps is never inviting to any player. Snack bar and on course facilities sad. As far as the golf, we were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our round. Pace was play was slow...over 4.5 hours. Using the Hot Deal at Golf Now made the day enjoyable.
