What a value for the money here in the NYC area. The course is undergoing some serious changes due to new ownership, but it is well on its way to being a great course. The tee boxes aren’t in perfect shape, but just tee it up and hit it and you won’t have a problem. The fairways are struggling due to lack of rain, but once again just roll the ball a bit and hit it. Greens are in good shape and overall the course is very playable and enjoyable. Would love to find a way to speed up play at number 7 (long par 3). Will be back
