We were backed up on yet another tee box and visited with some folks behind us who are regulars at Poston Butte. They said that it's this slow ALL the time. We had golfed here 4-5 years ago and it wasn't that slow. This visit, however, will be our last time. Pace was too slow to be enjoyable. We won't be back.

We have always found this course to be a great layout and value for the money and came here often, but our round was so LONG, waiting behind a group of drunk bachelor party guys, with NO marshal, that we won't be back again! Those guys held up the entire course. Beverage cart leaves at about 2pm and they close up the grill soon after, so if you tee off at noon, you can't expect to go in for anything to eat or drink after. Or even get a beverage on the back 9...REALLY??!! Used to be one of our favorite go-to courses...not anymore!!

We play at Red Mountain Ranch pretty often. We enjoy the layout and it's a great price for a nice course. Pro shop staff is always very helpful,, friendly, and professional. It's obvious that they try very hard to help everyone have a great golf experience. Thanks!

My husband and I were paired with an enjoyable couple and had a great day. Pace was pretty good, weather good, company good!

We love Las Sendas. We've played it before and will definitely be back. It was in great shape, as always. The starter left a 20 minute gap between the group in front of us and our group (he told us this, but not sure why), then we had a 3some right behind us. This made the marshal think that we were very far behind and he kept on us repeatedly, telling us that we were 3-4 minutes behind...REALLY? Had an enjoyable day, anyway! Went into the grill and wanted to sit on the deck and just have a drink, but were told that because of 5pm reservations (it was 4pm), we could not sit outside in any of the MANY empty tables, even if we left by 5. So, we had one drink and left.

We've brought guests here many times and we're always glad we came. Pace was a little slow, but not horrible.

The starter was friendly and helpful. The course was challenging and enjoyable. We played in with another 2some and both the company and the course were very enjoyable. Weather was perfect and we'd love to go back and try to better our score next time!

The course was in great shape, pace was good, and we were paired with nice folks...what else could you ask for, other than a couple of mulligans, right/!!

Love this course and this was an awesome value! One of the best kept secrets in the "outer" KC area. Other than some dandelions, the course was in great shape. The golf shop staff was very friendly. The snack shop was not impressive at all. The prices on the menu looked good, but they didn't have any hot dogs available on the hot dog machine. They were out of hot dogs, so I got a brat, but had to wait for them to grill one. They were also out of Michelob Ultra. Stopped after 9 to get a snack & drink and there was no one even working in the snack shop. Couldn't wait around, so they lost that sale. Loved the course and will go back again in a heartbeat, but I'll pack my own snacks, etc. next time!

Considering that this course has 7 minute tee times, groups are most likely going to be on top of each other. They have 2 marshals and still can't make some groups keep up. There were 5 of us, but we made 2 tee times, to abide by the rules. All 5 of us ended up on almost every tee box because of the backup, so we grouped up and still were keeping up and even waiting on the group in front of us. The marshal told us that playing a 5-some was not allowed, so we split up. The group in front of us had an entire hole open in front of them, but as is usually the case, their egos or lack of golf etiquette would not allow them to let us play through and the marshal didn't make that happen either. A miserably slow round of golf!!

We enjoyed ourselves and will be back again. We liked the course and it was challenging enough for us to want to return. Pace was great.

The pace was very slow. We waited on every shot. Considered quitting after 9 holes. There was no beverage cart, so they had an outdoor hot dog tent, but when we made the turn, that was closed, too. Layout of the course was such that balls from opposite holes were coming at you at ALL times.
Would NOT go back.

We were a 2-some, paired up with a single, but the pace became so slow that we also paired up with the 2-some in front of us and played as a 5-some. This helped, but then a 2-some behind us waited on us a bit at the end. Enjoyed the course. It was scenic, challenging and had a lot of interesting elevation changes. Would definitely recommend it and play it again. Wanted to get something from the pro shop, but everything was resort-type pricey!!

We waited on every hole and so did the people in front of us. We finally hooked up with the 2-some behind us, which helped. There was not a marshal to be found anywhere. Mentioned it to the girl in the snack bar who mentioned that they would send a marshal out, but never saw one. There were no cart personnel at the bag drop or when we loaded our clubs onto the cart.
The course seemed like it had been over-watered to the point of being very muddy. No roll on any shots, so it played long. The greens were extremely slow. I thought it might have been because of recent aerification.

The pro shop staff was nice, but the starter, Dale, is AWESOME!!! He gave us 3 recipes, and was super friendly. The drink cart lady was very friendly, too. Enjoyed the course. We were a 2-some, but played through a 4-some on the 3rd hole, and it was a great pace after that. Course was in good condition.

We were a 2-some, behind another 2-some, which was behind a 4-some. And there was another 2-some behind us. The pace was a 4-some pace, but not sure why they didn't pair up some of the 2-somes except that we were 2 women and most men don't want to play with women. We waited alot, but that was expected because it was a 4-some pace and we did finish under 4 hours. Saw a pair of bobcats on the par 3, hole #7! Cool!

Las Sendas is a great layout and we enjoyed the players that we were paired with, but it was a long round because the tee times are 8 minutes apart, it was cart path only, and the players in front of us were rather slow. The starter and marshal were very efficient, pleasant, and professional. The pro shop employee that checked us in and the cart guys were very welcoming and friendly. Would DEFINITELY return! The only downside was that when booking on Golfnow, cart path only was not mentioned, which might have been a factor in playing there vs. somewhere else on that day.
