Greens were in good shape. Fairways were just Ok. Tee boxes were horrible. Rough was uneven. Plenty of other options in the area that are better.

Greens are better than ever. Tee boxes are good, bad and ugly. Fairways are very good. Sand traps are horrible. Will keep coming back as long as the City keeps investing and making improvements...

If Twin Rivers would hire a halfway decent greenskeeper and spend a few thousand dollars to rip & replace the tees & greens, they could charge $50/round. Current course conditions are a 1 out of 5, but I gave it a 3, because I play here year-round and it averages a 3.
