Great Course, poor conditions
We played knowing the greens were aerated the week before and the fee they charge reflected the fact they were still coming back but the course had other condition issues. It was clear that the ownership has not been spending the money to keep the course in top shape. The bunkers were in poor condition and inconsistent, there was debris on the course and as mentioned the greens were poor.Even after aerafication the greens should be cut and these were very shaggy and bumpy. The layout is great and we heard great things but were disappointed in the conditions. The range was in poor shape as well.

The rate is always reduced after aerification but it sounds like you played just after a storm. Our limited maintenance crew may not have had time to repair and replenish bunkers and pick up all debris. As with many businesses, staffing has been a challenge this year.
