Very enjoyable. Wide fairways. Water is not an issue. Bunkers in good shape. Green rolled well. Tee boxes were in good shape and level. Marshall was very goid at keeping things moving.

When we arrived they had no carts. Had to wait for them to come in off the course. Then we find out the clubhouse was shut down for renovation. There was no starter or marshal. When we came around to no.10 there were three groups on the tee waiting which meant a 30 minute delay before we could resume play. There was no one around to deal with the situation. No reduction in green fees was offered...not even free range balls. A credit towards a future round would have gone a long way. Some golfers we spoke to said they would never come back. As far as the course conditions, the course looked tired, very sparse fairway grass. Tee boxes were very beat up. Our wives were very disappointed. All in all, not a good golfing experience.

Good service on arrival and throughout. Tee off was on time. Fairly forgiveable course yet challenging. Greens are fast and took some getting used to. But worth playing. I recommend getting the pace of your putts in order on the practice green but be careful it is slower than the greens on the course.

Loved the greens. The fairways were soggy due to rain the last few days. But most courses have been drenched so can't blame them for that. It's a nice layout. Very fair yet challenging enough. Would certainly return. No fear of losing balks. Water not a factor. Aim for the 150 marker and you'll be fine.
