Love the course. Number 14 appears to be an easy par five. However number 14 is very challenging. Love the course

I have played here many times. Everyone working at the club has been helpful courteous and helpful to make it a joyful experience. I highly recommend the course.
It offers a variety of golf holes that keep you interested as you play. Mundane is not this course.

THis is a challenging course for an eighty=year old golfer. LOved it. The only change I would suggest is that the senior tees be moved up on several holes 2,3,9,10, and 17.

Comparing Pine Barrens to its companon course Rollings Oaks, it is about 5 to 10% more difficult. Love the challenge. As a 82 year-old golfer playing from the forward tees I can barely shoot my age at times. LOve the course and the challenge.

I'm a senior golfer and shot 89. The par fours are somewhat longer than usual for seniors. However, I like the course and enjoy the extra challenge it offers.
Love especially the far five 17th with its unusual layout. This is the only course I've ever played ibn the last 50 years that ends wth two par fives. .

Always enjoy playing the course. At 82 I shot a 42 on each nine from the senior tees. Love the quarry holes on the back nine.
Eighteen has two large trees at the end of the par five. Even from the senior tees it reauires an above average drive and then another above the average drive to clear the lake and be able to get on the green in three hopefully for a par.
It is fair but also challenging.
Management and staff always seem to do everything possible to make you welcome.

I like the course for its value, condition, and staff. In this area it might not be the most elegant course, but for the average senior golfer it offers challenge and also an opportunity to score. Enjoy pklaying the course. I play it often.

Wonderful course. A good course for fun and fellowship that while it has some diifuculty is not impossible for the average golfer or gofer.
