Just opened after new grow in. Needs more time to fill in the fairways and greens. The ruff was very deep. Difficult to find balls. Recent fairway cut had lots of grass clumped up everywhere. Sand traps were in need of sand. Very then and clumped up. No on course service. Service at the turn was bad. Very slow. Person could not run the register.

Very much a hilly course with lots of elevation changes. Greens getting better after airation a couple weeks back. Fairway grass was very thin with some bare spots. 9 and 18 tee shot extreme uphill over a lake. 16 hard to play with extreme tilt right to left. Sand traps were consistent and playable.

Be ready for some great greens, elevation changes, blind shots and great views. Greens were very smooth and rolled very easy. Grounds keeper said they roll the greens three times a week and cut every day. Elevation changes make you consider almost every shot. Was windy so also had to adjust clubs for that. Best course I played while in Hawaii. An ice cold towel to refresh at the end of the round was a great touch and welcome as the day was warm.

Course requires good position shots to avoid lots of hazards. Greens were large, fast and lots of levels/ movement. Practice range is lake with floater balls. Free lunch was just a poor hot dog and chips. Drink not included.

We were pleased by the good shape the course was in. It is not fancy but tee box to greens was good shape. Greens were very good and fast. A strong put put you were off the green. Sand traps were a bit thin with the sand but again in good condition. Best value for the courses I played in the past week.

Course was busy but they kept tee time on time. Fairways were cut very tight. Rough area was cut down to the dirt. Greens were hard and very fast. Bounced many shots off the greens then they would roll forever in the tight hard packed rough. Get a hotdog at the turn. Was good..

First time playing the course. The course is in very good condition. Plenty of water but not overwhelming if you watch the boundary markers. Make sure to drive up and look as markers were not always at the waters furthest edge to the fairway.

Overall I enjoyed playing the course. Range is strange as you hit float balls over water at peninsula green. Not a full size driving range. Fairways are wide and in good condition. Greens are huge and challenging. Quick with lots of movement. Lots of water but generally not really in play. Was a very windy afternoon so difficult to truly play the course as designed.

Arrived at the course and was informed that the front nine was closed for overseeding. Was also told that back nine was cart only as they were doing maintenance. This should have been disclosed when making the reservation on GN. Back nine was in good condition other than being wet from heavy watering the night. No starter or ranger. Just paid and go to 10th tee. When making the turn was behind two groups with kids learning the game. This is not a course to teach kids on. First group let us play through as they should. Second group paid no attention to us being within 100 yds waiting for them on several holes. We finally jumped a hole to get in front and finish our round. Very disappointed on how the course managed the play.

First time playing the course. Found the course to be in very good condition. Very playable for variety of player capabilities yet challenging for above average players. The GolfNow fee does not include range balls.

Pace of play was terrible. Stacked up with 3 groups when we got to the 4th hole. Course ranger came around on 15th hole saying they were working on issue and appreciated our patience. We had no choice and the delay ruined the round. Greens and sand traps in great condition. Fairways were cut very thin. New 18th island green is very nice.

Be ready to have a challenging round with a course in superb condition. Putting skill will be put to the ultimate challenge. Greens roll true and fast.

First, the GN “Map It” link in the email receipt took us to the wrong course about 15 minutes from the actual course. Luckily we had time to get to the correct course. The course was very busy when we arrived and carts were not available. Had to wait for people finishing their round. Practice range and green were nice. Starter was not at range and showed up confused on getting people to the tee box. Started late. Tee box, fairway and green good condition. The rough was terrible. Cut down to the dirt. Sand traps were thin with hard pan areas. Pace of play was poor. Never saw a marshal to try and speed play up. Barely finished before dark.

The course was in good winter condition. Greens were good for late winter. Have been cut. No markers on the tees so not easy to determine the proper tee off locations. Very windy day made many holes much more difficult when hitting into the southwest wind.
