The Golf Club at Bluewater Bay

I live in the community and only play this course once a year. Tee boxes always in bad shape, greens not much better. Better have shocks on your cart as there is un-repaired concrete on cart paths 90% of the way. Seems like they would have learned from the Magnolia course closing that an investment is needed to bring the course back to a minimum standard. If you book a deal with golf now you will almost always be put on the worse of the 3 courses. Not worth over 30/ round in my opinion but hoping for improvements.
