I have played this course many times over the past few years. Unfortunately the conditions of this course are in swift decline. There is very little grass on the fairways and the greens are abysmal. I used to enjoy this course but not so much anymore. I'd advise you to play elsewhere if you want a decent experience.

It's easy to see that this course was once fantastics. The layout is solid. The land is spectacular. The course is in decline. One thing that I notice in all golf course is the periphery care on the edges such as the cart paths. The paved paths are in terrible condition. The next items I notice is the condition of the traps. I would rate this course a 2 out of 5 for their care of the traps. The areas around the greens were spotty with grass. Too many bare spots. The greens were slow, not to my liking as a 1 handicapper. The price was the selling point, only $20 for the round with a cart, sadly, because that is what the round was worth. It's my second time playing the course and it does have its charm. For $20 I will go back. But if the price is more I'll find a better course to play

Terrible conditions! Tees, fairways and greens appeared as if they hadn't been cut in a while. It also appears the blades on mowers in areas that may have been attempted to be mowed were not sharpened. Someone is providing this course 5 star ratings. Please do not believe these ratings. It is at best a 2 star golf course. As a 3 handicap and a person who has been in the golf business trust me this course needs better maintenance. I liked the layout but hated the conditions. Burn me once shame on you but guess what if I were to go back and be burned again then shame on me. That won't happen. I hated to give such a poor rating but the course ownership didn't hate taking my green fees.

Course was not up to expectations. Pro shop was polite and hospitable. Practice range was decent. Starter was helpful. Cart girl was avaialable every 4 or 5 holes. Course conditions were decent except the greens sucked. Bumpy, bumpy and oh yeah more bumpy. Not much grass on the greens. An attempt to make a putt more than 4 foot was a crap shoot. I doubt I will be back. Terribly disappointed as I was told this was an excellent course.

Great Parkland Golf Course layout. Pace of play on a Tuesday afternoon was quick. Starter let us go early. Clubhouse staff was very friendly. Condition of course was good even with the aeroification. Speed of greens was rolling about a 10 on stimpmeter. We enjoyed our round and will return!
