Fair Way and Green are well maintained, but pace of play was too slow.

Every thing is ok except phase of play. Every time we play on this course, we noticed that phase of play was slow comparing normal hours to finish 4 hours range.
You need a field coordinator to control speed of play within acceptable level of player's speed.

Pace of play is excellent. We were able to finish 18 holes less than 4 hours, but the course itself has an overrated review. To us it maybe 3 star or 3.5 star rate.

This course has been maintained very well during winter season. There is no sick on the green and fairway is very good except a few tee box. There are two blind shot holes using flag up and down. I suggest to use bell to sound louder, because flag up and down takes longer. The phase of play takes too long over 4 hours and half. Normal phase of this course should be less than 4 hours.

Green is not excellent condition and some of them are sick. Fairway has too much brown spots and this condition is under average
