Maybe it will get better

Perhaps later in the season the grass will appear ? There was just too much mud and dirt on this day - but maybe that is Texas Spring golf.?

Beautiful

What a lovely layout, and view from the top.
The fairways were terrific and greens were fast
but not like glass- the ball would hold the line well.
