Great layout, challenging but fair, and course conditions are always good. Pace of play wasn’t too bad for this time of year.

Great course conditions and very challenging layout from the back tees. Only problem was snail-like pace of play.

We played the Lakes course and it was in pristine condition. Pace of play was one of the best I've experienced there. Rarely had to wait more than 30 seconds to take a shot.

We always enjoy playing at Meadowood due to the challenging layout and good course conditions. The fairways don't drain well, so there are often muddy patches. Biggest problem was pace of play. Fortunately, we had four pairings that graciously let our twosome play through, but they definitely need a ranger.

Now that many of the snowbirds have flown north, the rates have finally been lowered to where local residents can afford to play. The course is always in meticulous shape and both layouts are superb. The only issue is usually pace of play.

I love the layout and the course conditions are always superb. However, the snail's pace of play needs to be addressed.

I have played Fairwinds many times over the past 10 years and have never seen the course in better shape. The tee boxes and fairways were lush, and the greens were absolutely perfect. Great job by their superintendent and his crew!

My sons and I haven't played St. James in about two years. It used to be a very challenging layout in top condition with excellent greens. I have no idea what happened to the course, but it now represents a cow pasture with burned out fairways, ill-kempt sand traps, and some of the worst greens on the Treasure Coast. At least half of the greens had very large burned-out or fungus-infected areas, sod patches that have failed to take properly, and even bare dirt. Tee boxes were a joke. A complete disappointment. Management should warn golfers about the horrible conditions and/or drastically reduce their prices.

A tough layout with three long Par 5s, all more than 500 yards from the white tees, and very fast and well-guarded greens. Hardly anyone on the course, so we played in just 3.5 hours.

Course was in good shape and we enjoyed our round until thunderstorms rolled in after seven holes. Received a full refund from GolfNow. Only suggestion would be for a ranger to monitor the pace of play. A foursome (two men, two ladies, 30ish) had four groups backed up behind them. Otherwise, we would have been able to play at least 10-12 holes before the storm hit.

We practically had the course to ourselves today with only two other twosomes in sight. My son and I played 21 holes in less than 3 hours.

#1 was backed up, so the starter graciously allowed us to go off on #10. Course was in fair condition. Fairways were spotty, but most of the greens were pretty good. I like the fact that the hills funnel errant shots back towards the fairway.

We booked a 3:08 tee time. Despite the first three holes being open, we were told that there was a tournament on the front nine and we would have to tee off on #10. We are now behind four other groups on #10... and I am furious!

Decent layout, average conditions, friendly staff, good value (especially the twilight rates).

My friend and I played a round in under three hours, thanks in part to the course being empty due to rain earlier on the day. That being said, there was no standing water and the entire course - especially the greens - was in excellent shape.

Hadn't played the Majors in several years due to reports of its declining course maintenance. Was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the greens (fast and true). Layout remains one of the area's best.
