Hadn't played the Majors in several years due to reports of its declining course maintenance. Was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the greens (fast and true). Layout remains one of the area's best.

Target golf at its best. Playing from the tips requires some long carries over waster areas and approach shots to small, well-paced greens. Loved the pace of play. Finished our round in just over three hours playing a two-man scramble. Bring lots of balls, because landing areas are tight and water is everywhere. Recommend.

Course conditions were very good. Greens were slow, but true. Good value if you get a reduced rate on Golfnow. Don't play in wet weather however, as the course drains poorly.

The course is wide open with not much trouble. Fairways were cut a little close, but the greens are spectacular. Lush and fast with lots of undulations. Great value.

This was our first time playing the Florida Club and we enjoyed our round very much. The course was in very good shape and proved to be a challenge, but a fair one. The staff was friendly and courteous. The only negative was that the pace of play was a little slow, so we wound up playing the front nine twice. However, that gave my son and me a chance to meet up with another twosome and we enjoyed their company. Plus, the cart boy allowed us to go back and play 17 and 18 , because they are the two signature holes. Overall, a very positive experience and an excellent value.
