About half of the holes are in the flood canal and are horrible. Very boring, not good condition. The other half that go through the houses aren't bad. Greens were mediocre. Didn't roll smooth. Good course if you're looking for a cheap, casual round. Lots of beginner golfers here.

A nice surprise
Decided to give this course a shot and we were happy we did. Decent layout. Greens were quick and rolled true. Not of the same caliber as the high end courses in the area but great value for a mid range course.
