Course is running groups off the front and back + over booking tee times in general. It’s a real shame when you show up and have to wait 20 minutes for a cart. Then you wait on every single hole and a Saturday afternoon round takes almost 5 hours to play.

This is a great course and the greens are in fantastic shape but I will not return to play on the weekend until they get their tee times under control.

Be prepared to wait if you intend to play here on the weekend.

Course is in good shape, greens are rolling well. Still room for improvement compared to the courses potential. The greens use to be super fast, let’s see that again

Don’t believe anyone who says the greens are good. I have not played here in a few years because the course conditions were so bad and got fooled by some of the recent reviews saying the course and greens are in great shape.

The greens are unplayable, simple as that. Tee boxes are also not in great shape and the fairways need to be cut. Only positive was the rough, super thick and challenging. The range is a joke, old mats that were soaked in water despite not raining the previous day. Course management also needs to learn how to control pace of play. Letting twosomes go out by themselves on a Sunday morning is a recipe for slow play. Pair the two somes together so everyone is not waiting on each other.

The greens are similar to putting in shag carpet with the added bonus of large spots of bare dirt with no grass scattered throughout every green. The ball does not roll on the greens, it bounces. If a putt happens to go in it was pure luck.

I’ve heard the course has a new greenskeeper and he is trying to turn things around but they a long way to go. It’s a real shame because the layout is great and +5 years ago the course was in good shape.

I will not play here for quite some time.

Whoever is leaving reviews saying the greens are good is lying or uneducated. They may have improved over the past year but are by no means playable.

Imagine putting on shag carpet through random parts of bare dirt that cover the green.

Course management is also very poor. They need to learn to pair 2somes up together so pace of play is better. I am actually sitting on the course right writing this review because we are waiting so much.

Do not play here unless your expectations are prepared for all of the above. It’s a real shame. The layout is great and course was good 5 years ago. I will not return for quite some time.

Bunkers are bare and inconsistent, in need of fresh sand and some TLC.

Greens were good, not great, course layout is a lot of fun.

They ran out of carts on a Saturday morning, we had to wait 15-20 minutes to get carts for our group which diminishes the overall experience from the start. Pace of play was super slow, almost a 5 hour round. All an indicator that they are over booking tee times.

Layout is a lot of fun. The greens on the front nine were ok (not fast) but the greens on the back nine were terrible. I would love to see this course in better condition. For $30 it’s a decent deal

Today will be the last time I play here for awhile. Borderline unplayable condition because it was so bad. Almost every bunker was knee deep in water and the few that weren’t a swimming pool had no sand, just dried out mud. The greens were so slow they might as well have been carpet. Fairways and rough were all inconsistent lengths and lots of random spots of diseased grass. Quality of the course has continued to go downhill for over a year a now. It’s a shame

Terrible course conditions, rude staff and pace of play was unbearable. Be prepared for a +5 hour round cause management over books tee times and does nothing to encourage pace of play. There was standing water in random spots of the fairway, complete fairways without grass, and unlevel tee boxes. Greens were average at best.

South and North are both a must play. Two different layouts, both in great condition

We drove 2 hours to play JF and it was well worth it. Layout and conditions were all spectacular, similar to Pine Barrens at World Woods but JF is a better track. Highly reccomend

Dry fairways, lack of grass in spots. Slow greens, need some TLC. Decent value for a $25 hot deal but not great

Greens were in great shape, pin positions were brutal. Only complaint was a few of the tee boxes in rough shape. Other than that, very much enjoyed the course and would definitely recommend.

Good condition considering all the rain the past week. Greens were a little slower and some standing water but that's expected.

Greens were perfect and fairways were well maintained, just a little wet from all the rain lately. Bunkers need some attention but that’s also due to the rain and not the courses fault. Layout is super fun

Considering all the rain in the past couple weeks, the course was in great condition. No standing water anywhere in the fairways but the greens were a bit slow.

Not sure if the course has gotten drenched from rain lately but almost all of the bunkers were unplayable. Besides the bunkers, course was in decent shape. Greens were a bit sandy but still rolling at a good pace. Layout is fun and calls for a variety of shots.

Conditions were great, especially the greens. A few tee boxes were closed but look like they are coming in great . Love the layout

Played here all the time 10 yrs ago and was sorely disappointed to see the condition of the course today. Its undergone multiple changes in ownership since 2010 and the condition shows. The course use to be one of the best in the area with wicked fast greens and if I had to guess they were rolling at an 8 on the stentometer today. Glad to see the price reflects the quality, it's a great layout but not worth more than $35/round.
