I love Baytowne but there was some group ahead of me playing incredibly slow. Waited up to 10 minutes on every tee after #7. Waited on many shots as well.
For other time sensitive players, please not that pace of play for the course on 8/11 was 3 hours and 52 minutes. Based on when this guest teed off, his round was between 3:50hr and 4:10hr. TY - Sandestin Management

Kelly is in fantastic condition and a joy to play. Outstanding layout with 6 tee levels so a player of any level of play can have a good time.

Greens still inconsistent after aeration. Another week or so should fix that problem.
No starter in sight when I arrived. No one to play with when my tee time arrived so started alone. Twosomes ahead of me never asked me to join them. Pace of play was atrocious because 2 larger groups up ahead were mediocre golfers and very slow. On hole 12 my average per hole was 17 minutes. 3 hours 40 minutes on the course on a blazing hot day. And no beverage cart nor was I advised beforehand that was the case.

Challenging and fun golf course. Starter does excellent job of getting groups out in a timely manner.

Greens were recently aerated but I found them to be rolling well. Indicates an excellent job by the staff to get the punched greens in reasonable shape. Hard course because of all the water hazards. You have to think your way around the 18.
Good Course
Interesting layout with some easy and some challenging holes. Greens are aerated this time of year so putting is no fun at all. Fairways and tees are impeccably maintained.
Didn't see beverage cart today after hole #2. That was tough on a hot afternoon.
Love Santa Rosa
Nice layout with some easier holes but plenty of challenges also, especially on the back 9 with all the water. Fairway and tee boxes were outstanding. Greens were aerated in last 2 weeks so putting was problematic and frustrating. I was warned on GolfNow before booking that the aeration had occurred so it was my choice to play anyway. Pace of play was really good. I finished in 3 hours. Look forward to returning to Santa Rosa soon.

Good layout but greens not good and rest of course simply not maintained well.
