Half hour frost delay which is no big deal but it didn’t seem to be below freezing to cause this delay

Course was busy but foursome in front of our foursome was not keeping pace. Saw Ranger around 9th hole from a distance and not sure he said anything thing to them. 5 hour round

Although it was a 2pm tee time there was no cart girl on course or any water coolers. For $72 there should be both particularly on hot days. Only complaint

Great variety of holes. Crews constantly maintaining course conditions. Always fun to play here.

Went off at 8:15 and got the round in ahead of Hurricane rain. Tough pin placements on some holes but good pace of play. Staff is great

Summer like weather in November. I consider Mill Pond my home course and it never disappoints. Never disappointed when I play Mill Pond.

Played in perfect Fall weather and course is in great shape. Love that the greens are running faster than they have in the past. Small annoyance can’t bring cart over to driving range.

Love this course. Maybe could get a break on green fees for a week after greens are aerated but lowering price after 12 is good deal

I know Bunkers are being upgraded a few at a time which is great but big bunker on right of #2 green was a mess. A million footprints and very deep sand. Does this bunker get raked out by a machine before play or if it does then guests are doing a poor job of raking on their own. Pace of play was perfect. and has a good day scoring.

The weather was perfect, course in great shape and played with two great guys I didn’t know who rode out from Manhattan. I am glad to see more sand in the bunkers and a redo of a bunker on 11. Consider this my home course and love the practice facilities also

Played today in good weather and pace of play and staff were great. A maintenance guy was spreading sand fill on previously aerated tee boxes which is usually fine but starting at hole 3 he spread sand on the tee box prior to us teeing off and then went to reload sand and met him on tees 4,5 and six.. Maybe doing his work in reverse. May have avoided seeing him so much, Only negative of the day. Glad to see crew out there doing their job that helps maintain the course condition

Perfect day to play today. 8 AM tee time Spruce to Dogwood. Spruce is my favorite nine of the 3 and course is in great shape. Golfers should do a better job of repairing ball marks but I see this everywhere. Could have a few more deals but at least tee times are available even the day before.

Teed off at 7:30 am today with a foursome in front of our threesome First nine was ok but they did not keep up with group in front of them.on the back. Just needed a ranger to urge them to close the gap. Did not ruin my round but teeing off that early should avoid waiting on shots . Course is in great shape for this early
In season and greens were running at a nice speed

This is my favorite public course in Suffolk County. Love the links style layout. Staff is great. and range and practice putting green is just what you want.

Got bonus late November golf weather today. Staff is excellent and course is in very good condition this late in the year. Despite all the trees on course the leaf piles are not everywhere and we found most errant shots that got into the woods. Course is challenging without being too punishing.

Perfect Fall weather playing with a couple of nice guys I met for first time Teed off around 2:15 and finished in plenty of time before dark. Mill Pond is my home course and always enjoy playing there and using their excellent practice facilities.

Perfect Fall weather yesterday to enjoy an under 4 hour round. Lots of trees but you can find your ball and chip out if you get into them. Will play this course again

$70 for midweek is a little steep. Like the layout but this isn’t the only course around that has kept their fees high

Course gets a lot of play. Tee boxes are beat up and fairways were pretty dry. 3 Groups were backed up on first par three. Didn’t get round in but did tee off late at 3:30 with sun setting at 7:15. $48 for 2 people in one cart is more than twice what other course cart fees are. Greens were sandy from aeration but that is normal green maintenance. $52 plus $24 for cart too much for a course in this condition
