Fisherhuddy

We played this course on a hot deal late Sunday afternoon expecting to fly round. The course had just had its greens treated which we were not told about. Also, I had rung up to check on how busy the course was and they stated it was just two balls so we should fly around. When we arrived we were told we could get off straight away which was great. However it became apparent that we had a fourball of Indian gentlemen who were holding up all the twoballs and were not allowing any groups to play through. In the end we had to miss the 9th and 10th out as we would not have finished our round. Surely course etiquette should be explained to all groups! This was not a competition either, and they had a fifth member, a young boy running around the fairways. Unfortunately we will not be back.
The staff in the pro shop were fab, and the pro shop was very well stocked.

We have just played Wetherby for the first time since the new holes have opened on 17 & 18. We thoroughly enjoyed the new holes and thought they were excellent additions to the already fab course. If we lived closer we would love to be members here as it is one of our favourites!
