Course is always in good condition. This round was no acception. Highly recommended. Staff could be a little friendlier. I always feel like they are just there to take your money and get you out of the pro shop. Greens were a little slow but rolled great. Go play this course!

The Catalina course at Tucson National never fails to impress me. I have been playing this course when I visit the area for the past 15-20 years! It's always in great shape, and the staff is always great! Very friendly, and helpful. They make you feel like a member! A great experience! I would recommend this course to anyone!

Very nice track... The front and back nines are completely different. It's too bad it was hard to enjoy our round due to how rude the staff was. The starter is rude, not friendly at all to people who have never played the course before. We were told we could go out early by the gentleman attending to the carts, and by the guy behind the counter inside. The starter however was very rude when I asked if we were all set to go out, demanding I pull my cart up to his podium and telling me that I had to check with him first and that we should have known where to go etc. Very unprofessional and rude! Once we got on the course, we were harassed by the rangers 3 times during the first 8 holes. We were a 4 some playing from the tips behind a 2 some who was on the green of the first hole (a 600+ yard par 5), and we were told to catch them and we were out of place.... I guess playing in 3 hours 55 mins in the rain with cart path only in a 4 some is slow when they want you to play in 4 hours 20 mins... Good course management there guys.... So basically my review for the course is nice course, all the staff should be terminated... Believe the reviews you see on here before you waste your money... We saw the poor reviews and figured how bad could it be... Well guess what? It was bad... Do yourself a favor and stay away....

I've played Vistoso probably 25 times. Sadly this place has gone down hill. The new management needs to start cleaning up the course. The desert was way over grown on the entire course. It's impossible to find balls hit into the desert and it takes away from the beauty that this course once had. There was a lot of damage in the fairways caused by javelinas. The repair job on them was horrible. I really hope this place gets it's act together because it was and can be again a great course in the Oro Valley area.

This place is awesome! Pace was good, conditions were pretty good. They had just overseeded Wild Burro. Fairways and rough were perfect! Greens need a little bit more time to take but were still decent. There was Javelina damage on a few of the tee boxes but the tees were setup so it didn't affect pay. Saguaro was in the process of getting ready to be overseeded but was still in great shape. I always play this course when I'm in town and it never fails to impress me. Just wish the Accenture Match Play still took place here.
