I have played this course before and for 40.00, it is not a bad deal. I would not pay more than that in the off season (summer).

We were a threesome and we had a slow threesome in front of us and a fast twosome behind us. It was "hurry up and wait" the entire round and never saw a ranger the entire time. I believe one of the players in the group in front of us actually worked at the course. He was wearing the same shirt as the starter. Played Valencia course the next day for the same $$ and the ranger came around several times and made sure the slower group in front of us kept a good pace of play. Staff was friendly and course condition was just "ok" but for the money it should be very good the excellent. Premium price without the premium experience.

Guy in the pro shop was not friendly at all. I don't think he even said hello. After paying for the round, we went outside to the carts and staff was not there to place bag on cart. We had to so it ourselves. No keys in the carts and went back to the pro shop and there was a bucket which had a bunch of keys for the carts...you think the guy at the counter would have said something when we were paying. Finally, their "starter" was shouting at a customer about putting him was another group....the issue is I was on the tee box at #10, in my back swing when he sits this....really?
