I did not realize the course was recently aerated when I booked the course, or I would have played elsewhere. The price was reduced so I should have figured something didn’t add up. Overall it is a fun course to play with lots of challenges. But with the turf condition it was a bust for holiday golf.

Low season so no food or beverage cart, and 9 holes only due to renovations.

Played this course a few times over the years and it’s in rough shape right now. But if you want to get out and play, it’s a regulation 9 holes with some challenges. Just don’t plan on keeping score as it’s tough to find a good lie or a decent green.

Played this track several times over the last couple years and the condition doesn’t change - but that is reflected in the price. Crab grass tee boxes, greens that break different ways on the same putt, but a nice variety of distance for a shorter course.

The layout of the course has some issues. Came around a blind corner while driving to the next tee box (warning sign posted) to be in the middle of the next fairway with group teeing off into us. Yikes! Too many holes where you drive around water to hit short approach shots, and then must turn around and drive back around water to get back to cart path. These lead to very slow play, and no rangers to push things along. We only played 9 as it was too many long waits for next shot - couldn’t keep a rhythm going (but it was a holiday/busy). Great community, course condition, staff and amenities, just couldn’t take the slow pace of play/layout or would have rated higher.
