Played on an overcast day and pace of play was perfect. Course was in great shape as always and fairways/greens were great. Had a few too many ballmarks on the greens but that happens. Always a great course to finish our trip on!!

Course was in beautiful shape for a mid January round. Course offers a lot of water on the front to challenge your placement and the back puts you in the mountains. Lunch afterwords on the patio overlooking #1 tee box was icing on the cake for us. View on 18 is nothing short of amazing!

Annual golf trip from Chicago, landed on Verde River. This course beats out the high tier courses in Scottsdale. Fairways were immaculate and the greens were fast. Starter treated us like kings and the rest of the staff was professional yet very engaging. We will be back until it goes private!!

Has to be the best kept course within 50miles of NW Indiana along with Sandy Pines. Not a weed on this course, fairways and greens were freshly cut as well. Greens played tough but quick as a pool table. Finished 18 in 4hrs, cart was stocked and out often. Never have a complaint at this course!!!

Pristine course in the middle of the mountains with many elevation changes! Many elevated tee shots which may make the heart skip a beat or two. Course was challenging for me as tee shots are critical. Pro shop was great as was the hotdog stand at #10. Holes #1 and #16 will always be in my mind!

I recommend taking the drive to Fountain Hills, we drove from Scottsdale and it was a breeze. We flew in as a threesome from Chicago and have never seen a course like this by us. I strongly recommend for anyone looking for a challenging course in a very peaceful surrounding paired with amazing tee boxes and views! Challenging for sure, but that's why I play!

Go down to All American Bar after the round and watch the fountain, on the hour every hour for you out-of-towners like me!

Everything was excellent from the moment I dropped the bags. Staff was very nice, course was is great condition and the weather was beautiful. Flew in from CHI where it was rather chilly, and this is what the doctor ordered! Will definitely be back in 2016!

Out of all courses in NWI with exception of 2, Scherwood is kept in excellent condition. Only 2 cons, which are out of the courses control, is pace of play and the amount of Mosquitos.

With the exception of playing after a huge outing, White Hawk is creeping up on being the best couse in NWI. With the new owner, alot of issues and course related problems are being addressed. Silver has been completely redone, and is carved into the woods with pristine greens and beautiful, elevated greens. Best value for the money. Just watch out when you book, verify there are no outings or your pace will be 5hrs with hacked up fairways.

I enjoy playing this course, full usage out of all clubs but the pace needs to pick up. The last 4 times that we have played here, we were stuck behind a group which then bottled up 3-4 groups always waiting on the next tee box. Starter needs to start letting groups either start on the back or enforce the pace-of-play. Food comes off of the grill and is always good, clubhouse is mediocre but waitstaff is very nice. Great course, just tough to dedicate that amount of time for a round
