not overly hard course sparse grass around greens and runoff areas needs sand in bunkers could use better amenities ball washers worn out very small range course map or yardage book played the golds 6200 yds felt even shorter green were slow decent pace of play no marshalls playing partners gps quit . wouldn't play here unless good golf now price go to LA Quinta Dunes instead better amenities and price

good course a little rough around the edges clean up the dead stuff the greens hold the ball well and putt good some of the holes are hard to find interesting mix of holes not a lot of sand in bunkers. think this is a palm springs thing noticed it at higher end courses as well.its a desert get some sand
would play again no problem

Nice course felt a little short from the white tees round in 4 hrs could use a few more ball washers yardage book would be nice as gps kept quitting need to do a better job of cleaning the carts cigar ashes in cup holders and on dash

all money for improvements must have been on clubhouse still dirt and muddy areas on course short and boring most holes on back 9 the same straight nice greens . no starter had to find the 1st hole and the guy i was paired up with myself. Gps small and hard to read top left corner of cart in case you can't find it. Played here 2 years ago no hotdog buns then still had none at the food shack at the turn nice driving range

play here if you want an ego boost short course if you can hit the fair way no problems here. just ok lots of water no GPS or yardage book your on your own get a deal on golf now or not worth the money sand in the bunkers would be nice

great improvement in attitude of employees since i played it 2 years ago they were actually helpful must have been reading the reviews. got out ahead of tee time course is in great shape and was never backed on any hole lush fairways and good greens good driving range and the putting green is now open for everyone did away with the members only side. Now just get ride of the ducks on the left side of the 18th hole they ruin a great finishing hole with the mess they leave behind

got here early no room to park as usual starter seem confused as to the pairing played as a single joined a group. Pratice green almost bald no grass hard to read dirt. Started on time surprised me usually backed up 1/2 hour green are in poor condition on front 9 back nine somewhat better pace of play was good for a change lots of bird droppings on tees and greens and garbage on the edges of ponds on lakes play here if the price is right

played this course many time it now has the worst bunkers on vancouver island less than 1/2 inch of sand in most ,slow greens overpriced for what you get looks like no money going back into course plays short from the white tees need to play the blues no course map/ yardage book good luck guessing the hole layouts

no bag boy had to finally get some one from proshop to get a cart and load my bag .good pratice range and putting green.
starter was too busy chatting up the members to inform us of our tee time and pin placements.
no course info map of holes, yardage book, or gps lots of guess work if it your first time playing here.Not much imagination in the holes pretty straight forward boring other than #17 island green standard resort course no beverage cart at all would think twice about playing there again nothing special terriable pin placements

frost delay of 1 hour staff did a great job of keeping everyone happy and getting them out asap was nice to play a round in 4.30 hours good test of golf if played from back tees great greens lots of slope and ran fast fairway in great shape soft and lush played with little delay at a good pace

starter was unfriendly when asked any question was to busy to answer or explain when we getting out .136 tee time got out at 210 saw the beer cart once backed up on almost every hole marshall did a drive by twice never attempted to speed up play never finished round lucky we got in 16 holes by 615. driving range and putting green is split for members and the lowly daily pay users felt the whole time that i
was not welcome
