Not that any Austin area courses are good but this is pathetic. Wouldn't play again for free.
Desert Willow Golf Course

Our tee time was at 4 and were told the carts had to be in by 6. Like what!? Luckily the course was empty so we got in 14 holes. No where was it stated these rules or I would not have booked here. Course was fun tho. Not a great value at the price we paid for only a rushed 14 holes.

Course has a nice layout great for any level golfer. It's early in the season and the course is already in great shape.

A week full of golf for our vacation and it turns out the least expensive course we played was the best course! Layout was great, traps were actually done up nicely and the greens were fast and true. Most of the week the courses had weeds and brown spots but this course was in excellent shape. Would play every time I'm in Myrtle Beach!!
East Bay Golf Club

Course was easy, not much scenery for a Florida course. Apartment complexes next to fairways looked like they were built in the 60's. Only good part was the staff and the gorgeous barmaid at the clubhouse. Very nice and friendly too. Oh, and the rental clubs which only cost $15 to rent were awful. I could buy that whole set at a resale shop for that much.
Where besides Colovista have you been playing in the Austin area... lmao... you must be a member of Augusta National with such lofty standards.
