This was a shorter course, but very well kept up. Visually it was very pleasing.

Courses are expensive in the Vegas area, this is much more for the value minded, like me. Its a nice course, seemed like a lot of locals playing here, didn;t have to mortgage the house. The course was in very good shape, nothing stood out as being bad. Enjoyed the round.

Hey its winter, very good condition for January. Couldn't hope for too much better.

We played it last week, liked it so much we had to play it again. Such a pretty course. Best we have played in two weeks here in the Orlando area. I would imagine the high priced courses are kept up like this but I refuse to pay outrageous prices if I don't have to.

This is a nice course. Winter conditions are evident. I liked the hold designs, Greens were good.

This course is absolutely beautiful. Everything was manicured, the greens and fairways were really nice. I thoroughly enjoyed playing here.

First off, there was no one at the front gate, no one answering the phone at the office from the gate phone, I was getting pretty frustrated. A person finally walked up and punched in a code and let me in. Don't know if he was the guard at the shack or someone mercifully helping me out. The community is a mobile home park which lowers your expectations as you approach the course, the course sort of surprised me. It had decent length playing from the blues, had some trouble you had to avoid, and the greens were pretty fast. Most lies around the greens were tight which for me made chipping tough. The price was very low which made it a great deal. I would go back if I was having difficulty finding a more aesthetically pleasing course in my value minded price range.

We had a really nice day on the course! Some holes were really pretty with intimidating landing areas. Other holes had generous landing areas. Hit it straight and long and you'll have no problem. Greens rolled very true, sank a lot of puts.

This course was really nice. It had its easier holes and its tougher holes. Greens were really nice except for more than a few pin placements. I think the greenskeeper was mad at someone, he put the pins in positions that made the greens feel like miniature golf holes. Placing the pin on the top tier or the bottom is expected, but right at the crest of huge slopes makes it absurdly difficult. Still I enjoyed the course, I didn't like having to pay the daily park entry fee of 10 dollars because I used GOLFNOW's Hot deal rate. I think if you book a reg. Tee time on GOLFNOW, you would pay the entry rate of 10 dollars and they reimburse you 8 dollars. Kind of defeats the value of the Hot Deal!

Lots of blind shots on the back nine, short holes, fairly fast greens and crowned greens. It was very hard to stop the ball anywhere near the hole. I didn't enjoy the course that much. I did enjoy the fact that we were able to play the round.

We played the West course a few days earlier and just had to play the East course too. This course was just a tad lower condition wise but I was told that it gets a little more play. The course is a little longer, 6370 yards from the 3rd set of tees. I was continually coming up short on my approach shots. so chip and 1 put was my plan all day. I think the humidity affects the length of shots down here. We were paired with a local single, Nelson, he was real nice to play with. Overall, a great day!

We enjoy playing the Palm Aire courses! They are kept up rather nicely, the surrounding grounds are nice and neat. The greens were aerated a few weeks ago and had sand on them to temporarily smooth them out. They putted a little slow but just fine as far as I'm concerned. Depending on the tee used it has all the length you need. The further back you go the tougher it gets. I played the green tees which was 6370 yards and most of the time I had mid to long irons approaching the greens. My drives are not that long, only 220-230. Seemed all shots were shorter down here, maybe the humidity knocks the ball down more.

First of all, the place looked terrible. I thought the club might have been closed when I first drove into the parking lot. Lawns were overgrown, drab and dingy drapes were in the windows, weeds all over the parking lot. I would have left if we hadn't already paid for the round on GolfNow. The price paid was not indicative of the golf experience to be had here. I expected much more because the price was a little higher here compared to others on GolfNow. It is such a shame that this course was like this, you can tell that once upon a time it was a pretty fantastic place to play. The course layout is nice and challenging. They need to sink a million bucks into this place and hire a maintenance crew to upkeep it.

This West course just amazed us! The fairways were immaculate, better than greens at other courses! The course was a little wet due to rain the previous day, we started with the 90 degree cart rule but the ranger came by and said only a couple holes needed the 90 degree rule, the rest were open. This helped save the legs a bit. We thoroughly enjoyed our day here, so much so, we had to come back to try the East course. I have to mention that the Starter was really nice, we got there earlier than our tee time and he sent us right out, we were never pushed or waited at any time. The course had generous fairways but you could find trouble with erred shots. The greens were beautiful and on the fast side. Over all, Sheer bliss!

This course played very nice. My memory prepared me with lower expectations, I was pleasantly surprised how the course played, especially after all the rain we've had lately. Some spots were moist and we steered around them. The Old Oaks course is more open which is what I was looking for since my son was playing and he sometimes sprays it around a bit. We had a nice time.

It looked like rain, I guess that's why we got such a unbelievable deal. $10 + service charge even surprised the pro shop person. It is a very pretty course, some challenging tee shots force you to think. Conditions were very good. It did rain, so we paused for just a moment, but it cleared and we finished our round with no problem. I hope to go back soon if I can get a similar deal. This is what retirement is all about!!

This is a very nice course. It has a lot of interesting holes where you cross creeks or ditches a couple times and require placement shots. Course is in excellent shape, a little wet because of all the rain, but aside from that it was a joy to play. Some of the fairways were so good it felt like carpet. Nice.

Played from the blues, the course plays challenging from the blues, fairways are narrow. This wouldn't affect you if you are playing the whites not needing longer drives. The course condition was really quite good. The desk person said that they are caring for the course better this year, might be because they are trying to sell the place. All and all, I enjoyed this course, we would come back in a heartbeat, being in the area and at Golfnow prices. One thing that was a little problem was finding the place. When you see the sign for 1.7 miles to the course, I don't think the sign correctly directed you to turn. We went 1.7 miles further and didn't see the course, we went a couple miles further then backtracked to the sign. The sign from the other direction did say to turn and we were OK after that. Good thing we were early and made our tee time.
