The course is very fun - there’s a lot of water and sand so be prepared and enjoy.

The course was a blast! I went with my son and my buddy and his son and had a great time. It there was some thunder and lightning so we went in and had lunch (the soft pretzels were phenomenal). Overall, a great day and even better memories.

The course was amazing from the tee to green. The greens were just aerated which was disappointing. I can’t wait to get back there when the greens are rolling true. Picturesque views were worth the price of admission.

The course was being aerated but it was still in great shape! We were able to get our round completed in 3 hours. They were very nice and the staff did a great job!

By far, one of the most scenic courses I’ve ever played. The staff were phenomenal and I will definitely be back. If you have the chance, this is a ‘must play’. Thank you to everyone there!

Everything about the course was great! The layout was tough but not too demanding. The GPS on the carts was awesome. The staff were great and very accommodating. We played the round in about 3 and a half hours which was perfect.

The course is very tight with many precise shots needed. Great layout as well as nice greens. Excellent value for the money. Will play again.

Deer Pass Golf Course

The staff was nice but it is a pretty beaten down course. The pace of play was terrible and there weren't any rangers out to ensure that the pace of play was up. The 18th hole wasn't even really a hole. It was a shortened hole that they put a hole in the middle of the fairway. To be honest, I don't think I would play there again even if it was free. Sorry, just my opinion.

This course is a pretty challenging place to play as there were trees everywhere as well as a lot of doglegs. I was on the 3rd hole (par 5) and was 170 yards away after my tee shot. I hit my 2nd shot to where it would run up on the green. As we drove up to the ball, I saw a small stream of water that was right in front of the green. It was a great day but it would have been nice to know that.
Chippewa Golf Club
Played On 10/27/2012This is one of the best courses in NE Ohio...especially for it being a public course.
Chippewa is one of the most challenging courses you'll ever play. The triangle (14-16) poses the most difficult greens I've ever seen. If you can par them, you should consider them birdies.
Truly one of the best maintained and challenging courses in the area. The Bermuda triangle of holes is as tough as advertised. Can't just hit and hope shots here. Placement is key and therefore contributes to mental side of game. Super friendly staff here as well.
