Roy Kizer Golf Course
Played On 05/03/2015Kizer dog track
This is the worst shape this course has ever been in with hard crusty greens. If you want your wedge approach shot to stop make sure you under club or expect the ball to run 5 - 10 yards after impact. I don't think it was worth the $33 discount price, much less the regular $49 they normally charge.
ColoVista Golf Club

Course still recovering from being closed for 4 years. I strongly recommend that you play there now before it gets completely refurbished & the price goes up and it gets overcrowded. It is definitely worth the trip.
Grey Rock Golf Club
Played On 07/07/2013Challenging but also user friendly.
Recent improvements to this course include clearing out the underbrush at the right side landing areas on all of the holes. The staff is super cordial and efficient with complementary cold water bottles greeting you in the parking lot, and the beverage cart girls handing out cold towels to combat the heat. I played late in the afternoon on Saturday & Sunday and finished in under three (3) hours on both days. Well worth the discount GolfNow.com weekend price.
Wolfdancer Golf Club
Played On 01/26/2013This course has at least four types of terrain to challenge you.
With all of the variations is terrain, i.e., rolling hills, woods, plains, greenside water carries, fairway bunkers and a split fairway on the par-5 finishing hole, I literally used every club in my bag with a 5 mph southerly wind. Pro style practise areas; excellent on-course restroom facilities; super efficient slow-play marshal and beverage cart service; and all of the staff - especially the cart service guys - all have that good old fashioned Southern hospitality.
