Some nice mounding, interesting green contours, doglegs, deep bunkers, multiple tee boxes, and great condition all make for a great place to play.

Snack bar is nothing special, helpful staff, great carts. We look forward to coming back.

Course design is old and tired. Straight holes, parallel fairways. Top dressed greens.. soggy in spots,, brick like in others. Shaggy. Clubhouse a throwback to the 60s, no bag drop, 2 of 5 clubhouse personnel we saw did not wear a mask.. Played with nice people though, had a good time,, and thats what its all about.

Nice clubhouse, nice course, nicely maintained. Only a few carry over water holes.

Scrappy housing on perimeter of course takes away a lot of beauty.

Old school, old out and back design, old cart paths, old facilities.....Tees pretty bad, fairways ok, greens recently punched but better that I expected. Despite it's proximity to the intercoastal, it never comes into play and is only seen on a few holes.

Tough to blame the course, but a solo player felt compelled to bring a loud speaker with him and play it at a volume all could hear. One of those times I wish a marshal was around.

Easy, simple layout in nice condition. Clubhouse and staff area outdated. Covid precautions evident. Played 18 in 3 hours - love that. Mostly wide fairways, but some water, some forced carries, and big bunkets. Cart paths pretty bad shape. Carts have a simple GPS on them that worked well.

simple wide open executive layout. Greens ok but really slow. Tees rock hard about half inch down. Mixed grasses. No water hazards to speak of. Good concrete cart paths, well marked.

We really enjoyed our day at Madison Greens. Lots of bumps and hills give visual appeal and the staff was very attentive and supportive.

We did get lost a bit going from hole to hole. Need a few more signs. Overall condition was good but not great. Weather has been tough lately so I expect that will change.

Old place with lots of maintenance issues. Staff was friendly, seemingly well prepped for covid, and we had lots of space on the course.

Some strange hole yardage, short 5s, long 3s. Annoyingly steep drop offs into yucky ponds and drainage ditches.

It was still good to get out and Sonic is just down the road.

Course was a bit chewed up today. Fairways verticut and greens punched recently. Should be better in a week or two.

Staff is great, facility is fine. Nice layout and nice new carts but the course conditions are bad. Greens all chopped up and super slow.

Course right between the Intercoastal and the ocean with lakes as well. Lots of nice views. Play is recreational and slow. Use of seaside grass makes the course conditions possible but makes the greens very slow.

Inside staff had difficulty with the GolfNow transaction, outside staff was great.

Overated restaurant upstairs but no easy place to get a quick drink or snack.

Nice people, decent range and practice area, and a nice 19th hole set up. The course (especially the back 9) was well designed. Conditions were average at best but much due to the drought we have been having. Pace was slow - not due to the course but due to folks that are terrible golfers that want to play the blue tees. Some ranger interaction would have helped.

Worth a return trip but it won't be my weekly favorite

Lots of forced carries will eat some balls. Small greens in ok shape, a few par 4s to air it out a bit. Lots of wedge holes, tee boxes a bit dry - understandable this time of year. Neighborhood a bit past it's prime.

Decent layout with several sets of tees to make it as tough as you want. Greens pretty fast for around here, and very large in size. Open course with a few lakes and well kept bunkers. Some of the tee boxes were a bit rough as were some paths on the front side. All in all, a solid place to play, but nothing spectacular or special.

Sunny but the course was wet this day. Made for a long course - I should have played shorter tee box. A few lay up holes but generally a nice design. Pace was great.

I read some bad reviews regarding course conditions and slow play. I found none of that to be true. There are a few holes that the design dictates slower play, but I found conditions and pace to be just right for this time of year. Short par 3s, a few forced carries, sand was pretty hard. People very friendly. I'll be back soon.

An odd place. Basic golf without frills. Only nine holes and the 2nd set of tees are not much different. Near normal length course is a little long for the novice, wife or child but it's a little scrappy for the serious golfer. Still glad I went

First time playing this course. I liked the design and I know the condition will improve as the weather continues to warm up. I look forward to playing in full leaves. This would be a tough place to play in the fall. I consider it too challenging for most players. Some forced carries, blind shots, and few flat spots anywhere. That contributes to the incredibly slow play - we never came up to an empty tee all day.
