Fairways were terrible, large areas with absolutely no grass of any kind just dirt. Not even any weeds.

Couple of tee boxes too.

Fairways are blotchy, bare spots in short grass areas and even in the first cut. Tee boxes also in bad shape with little or no grass.

Bunkers are almost like concrete in spots, not enough good sand in them and really wet shallow dirt bottoms.

Greens were perfect in most cases

Only problem is the crusty sand in the bunkers. Need to fluff them up.

It seems a bit unfair that I had to pay a $10 ride along fee for my wife.

Summer time traffic is very low and usually I play alone but Ralph had to charge me for my wife to ride along.

I doubt there were more than 4 other groups playing so this fee seems totally unjustified.

I’ve played here the last 3 years and Ralph is the only one that has ever charged this fee when it’s summer and 104 degrees.

Better drainage and raking of the bunkers would really improve this course.

The sand gets a firm crust on it that needs to be raked out prior to playing

Good course in good shape.

Bunkers need to be raked to break up the crust on the top of the sand.

The fairways and greens were nice but the bunkers are terrible.

Minimal sand with a hard mud base makes hitting a normal sand shot impossible.

Fix the bunkers and I'd play here more often and bring my friendd too.
