The tees, fairways and greens were in great condition. Considering that it is in November in the Norteast, it is even more remarkable. The layout of the course is good and flowing. I would like to play this course in the summer next year hopefully.

I like this golf course and highly recommend for everyone. For my last visit, however, while the fairways and tees were in good conditions, the greens and some bunkers were in questionable condition at best -- the greens were aerated and not fully recovered yet, - some bunkers did not have much sand left in them. To be fair, the maintenance staf were at work filling in the bunkers with sand as we played. Overall, it is a good golf course -- a must play.

I like this course as it is an easy drive from NYC. I usually play on a weekday a few times in a year and avoid the weekend busy and slow play. For this round, the course conditions were fine except for a few greens which were really in bad shape. The facilities are always top notch and I would recommend this course for everyone.

I like this course and play a few times every year. For this round, however, the tee boxes and fairways were in good condition but the greens were sanded and very slow. It was very difficult to judge the speed and the greens were full of the ball path marks from the players in front. I wish that the golf course informed us about it before because it was not worth to drive there for 1,5 hours with the current condition of the greens. Also, the pace of the play for this round was very slow due to the foursome in front of us, who fell 3 holes behind. The rancher did not let us go thru even there were 3 empty holes in front them. The rancher said that the foursome were in pace of 41/4 hour. But another foursome in front of them finished 31/2 hours, which we could have done as well. I know that these issues are temporary and the course will be a good condition again!!!

This is the best dessert golf course in Arizona. If you want to play for just one round of dessert golf, this is it. Believe me, I have played more than two dozen excellent courses in Arizona including Troon North, Grayhawk, Boulders, Wekopa, TPC Stadium and Dove Mt. in Tucson. This is the best. The course is in immaculate condition. The layout is excellent as it matches with the mountainous train very well. The greens are extremely fast and roll true. I loved every hole here. This course has 3 of the best Par 3s that I played anywhere.

The Ibis and Egret courses have a good playable layout. The Egret course has many houses all around it while the Ibis course has no houses yet and wide open. This golf course needs some attention in maintainance. The greens are well but the fairways and tees have brownish grass on them as they need watering badly. The staff are super friendly.
