Good experience with Hot Deal.
Course was in average condition. Tee boxes need to be leveled, fairways were spotty and greens consistent but need some work. Would not pay more than the "Hot Deal" to play here.

Good value for the price
The course was in average condition; tee boxes are crowned and need some work. Greens were fine. Tough to play for the first time due to the many blind shots.

Good experience with Hot Deal.
Overall condition okay; tee boxes need leveling, greens very good. A couple odd holes and typical Cornish signature with tree in middle of fairway.
