The course should definitely not have been open today. Conditions were soaking wet. We were a twosome playing behind a fivesome. When we drive ahead of them we found another fivesome and a sixsome in front of them. Really a shame because the idea is great and I think in decent conditions it’s probably a fun course.

Really bummed by this. I’ve touted this course for decades. Always one of my favorites. Checked in this morning and was told to look for a 3rd we were paired with. When I asked what they look like I was told “How do I know?” Told to follow a group and went to the tee and waited after they hit and was then accosted and screamed at that I didn’t check in. I was there 10 minutes ago and had receipt in hand. No apology. Just told to play with 2 other people. 6:45 am tee time mind you. Groupings ahead were 4 ball, 2 ball, 4 ball, 2 ball. Love the layout. Back nine is all world but this was a terrible experience today.

I always love playing here. Smell the salt and and feel the ocean breezes. I wish there wasn't so many houses but it's OK. Every golf trip to Jersey shore includes a stop at Brigantine.
