Burlington Springs Golf Club
Played On 10/03/2023Burlington Springs - Good
The course was in good condition for October,
Some of the tee boxes were quite chewed up and the teeing ground was very dry and hard - difficult to place the tee. The greens were also quite dry and firm so faster than normal. Fairways were good and rough was thick.

Just played the front nine in cool weather and some rain. The greens were in very good condition. But the fairways were not. Just patches and clumps of grass on the fairways affecting roll and subsequent shots.

Course was in pretty good shape for early season. Greens had been aerated but otherwise good. Fairways were in good shape. Tee boxes were a little patchy in spots but were being treated by grounds crew. Play was a little slow but still manged to play 18 in about 4 i/2 hours.
The Savannahs Golf Course
Played On 10/30/2018Lots of water
Plenty of water on this course especially on the front 9. A couple of holes had a strange layout eg #4. Holes aren’t well marked so spent some time on a couple of holes trying to find the next tee box. Somewhat challenging if you’re not familiar with the course layout.
We are sorry to see that your overall experience was anything short of 5 stars. We are so glad that you enjoyed your challenging round today. Thanks for coming out and we hope to see you again soon.
Burlington Springs Golf Club
Played On 09/28/2017Much Improved
This course has improved substantially in the last few years with obvious investment. It’s in pretty good condition although the tee boxes were a little beat up and some greens had a lot of unrepaired divots. Overall a good layout with plenty of variety. It’s also conveniently close to Hamilton, Burlington, Milton areas.
Piper Glen Golf Club
Played On 08/08/2016Piper's Glen Re-configured
What used to be a pretty good track has been ruined by re-configuring the layout to 12 holes in order to put in some housing. The course is somewhat confusing, especially for first time players on the new layout. To play 18 holes you have to re-play nos. 1 thru 6 from different tee boxes which provide a different yardage and angle but using the same fairways and greens. Sound interesting but in reality is confusing, partly due to inadequate signage. Some of the more interesting former holes are gone now. The course was wide open when we played on a Monday afternoon but when the course is full the 6 overlapping holes would be a gong show with groups teeing off from different tee boxes to the same fairway. I would not recommend this course, especially at a summer weekend rate of $52.
Millcroft Golf Club
Played On 07/02/2015Convenient to Burlington and surrounding area.
This course is in excellent condition. Greens are large but can be tricky to read. The course is fairly short with generous fairways but there are plenty of bunkers to catch your ball. There's just enough water and other hazards to keep it interesting.
The Club at Westlinks
Played On 06/24/2015Good links style course.
The course is in great shape. Greens are medium speed but rolling true. Generous fairways.
As a twosome with cart we played 18 holes in 3 hours.

Course was in good shape overall. Difficulty will increase a little as tree leaves grow out over the next couple of weeks. Some greens were recently aerated and sanded. Some tough pin placements made putting interesting / challenging.
Northern Dunes Golf Club

The course was in good shape. Greens were excellent. If you don't stay on the short grass you're likely to lose your ball.
Rockway Vineyards Golf Course
Played On 06/09/2013Good value with GolfNow Hot Deals rate.
The course was good overall condition. The fairways and rough could use a cut but the greens were in good shape.
The front nine was quite slow - 2 hours and 40 minutes. Pace improved to 2 hours on the back nine.
Generous fairways and some water challenges especially from the blue tees on a couple of holes.
Rolling Oaks at World Woods Golf Club
Played On 10/29/2012Great value with end of October special rates.
Generous fairways with lots of elevation changes. Greens are large but challenging with plenty of undulations. Great value, especially with special autumn rates.

This course is in very good condition and has been improved over the years. It's great value for this area, especially with coupon specials available on the course website. A good variety of terrain but still walkable. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Thanks for your rating and comments. We believe our course has never been in better shape with firm sloped greens, running fairways, and lush rough. Hope to see you again soon.
