Course was as expected in early spring. Greens were very nice for time of year. Was our first time playing it so found fairways tight and tree lined. Need to play again now that we know where to land. Can’t wait to play when leaves come out. Loved the track on Mississippi River. Pretty course! We will be back!

It’s A nice course in a location we like. I guess our biggest frustration is the pricing. We get the in season rates.....about all that does is get us to play less because it costs more! I wish you could be the one course that stays reasonably priced. Nice place and nice people. Recommend playing it.

Layout nice on Prince And King courses. Very active place with carts driving everywhere. Seemed like homeowners could just drive out onto course to get places. Otherwise course in nice shape. Played in 4 hours. Would play again.

Course is nice put greens need to soften a bit. Balls won’t hold. Don’t need divot tool! Pace of play a little slow had people in front of us zig zagging all over....no ranger in site. Also no drink cart. We love course because of location .....will play again.

We booked a foursome as a hotdeal so got good rate. Checking in guy was short and unfriendly. Bag drop guy was super helpful and nice. Golf was fun. Course in nice shape. Driving range included and nice putting area! Everything Golf was nice. No drink cart and after 9 holes coming in around noon wanted hot dog or sandwich and guy in pro shop snapped at us and said there was nothing! Said we could try restaurant and see if they had anything.....so rude. We had a foursome of thirsty and hungry players so after round we went elsewhere to eat...he lost you business.

Course is just ok. Priced too high for this less than average course. Lay out nice. Greens are awful! Very slow with bad grass. Some dangerously close tee boxes and fairway play. FORE heard many times!!

Course is in good shape. The layout is challenging. Placement is everything here. Error and lose a ball! Water and swamp near every hole! Greens are very nice. Love the contour and shapes of the greens as well! Pace of play was slow I think because of lost balls! Worth a try......would play again.

Nice course. The layout is fun. Condition is very good for lack of rain. The pace of play was good. We played a 4-some in 4 hours. Wish we could play 9 holes after 3 instead of 4 for reasonable rate. We will be back if we can get under $50 for 18 holes.

Weeds everywhere! Greens weedy, fairways weedy, rough nothing but weeds! Course is dry. How you get $70 a round is beyond us! As courses in Florida go this one ranks a 2.....out of 10! Not going back.

Course needs a lot of work! Greens ok but fairways and rough full of weeds and dry. Looks big a fancy....but course over rated.....will not go back.

Love this course. Layout is challenging yet fair. Fairways are wide for easier play. There are plenty of sand bunkers and water hazards. Must play smart! My husband and I found this course late in our stay so we didn't get to play it enough. The price for this course is very fair. We have played many course throughout Florida and this one ranks in top 5. We hope to come back.

We played the good course, I would rename it the bad course! The greens are so beat up we didn't even putt! Hit your long clubs here and forget about putting! Of the 3 golf courses we played in Panama City, this one was in the worst shape! However we did get a good deal on golf now so it was a fair price for a poor course! Don't pay too much here to play!

Very nice shape, some hard holes! Great practice for the short game! Loved the layout. Play is slow because golfers here are young or old. Perfect course for beginners or older folks. Will go back...also nice and quiet. Away from homes and nice to be out in nature!

Greens have weed problem, very bumpy. Should not be charging full price till greens improve.

This course could be great! It's a shame to see such beauty destroyed by lack of maintenance. The only way to make money at this course would be to improve it. It will never last in its current condition! Hopefully someone will see the potential here and give it a go! It's worth it!

Course is difficult and not for intermediate golfer. This course is for advanced player.

Never waited once! Everyone was very friendly and worked hard to see that we had what we needed!

We enjoyed the course. It is in early season shape. Room to escape on bad shots. It was our first time on course and will play it differently next time. Played with a nice couple. Will definitely go back. Did not like that you can't use drivers or woods of any kind on driving range. Will go elsewhere to practice.
