The course is in need of better maintenance.
They were aerating some fairways and fixing some cart paths but almost every part of the course needs improvement. For example, the sand traps were more like dirt traps and there were no rakes.

They have killed the grasses on their " greens". They will be reseeding them at some point. They are in the process of setting up temporary greens. Right now it is like putting on marble.

Overpriced for what you get. It is more a pitch and putt course.

I enjoyed playing this course. I did lose one ball. My playing partner was not so lucky as he lost more than 2 sleeves into water hazards.I like playing fast but was paired with players who weren't very good. This course is not for golfers who are directionally challenged.
