It appears that the course isn’t being maintained. Lost one ball in the clearly uncut rough which was 4-5 inches long. There were grass clippings all over, parts of the greens were burned. Very large weeds along the path clearly indicate that it hasn’t been kept up for some time. Months not weeks. Overall bunkers had no sand felt like concrete. I expect more especially for the fee charged. Maybe worth $25/person. Won’t return for n again. New owners don’t appear to care

Course was in good shape (especially considering drought in S. California), and weather was great. The only issues experiences were with the tee-time management, pro shop and volume of golfers. Booked 642 time, when I arrived they advised changed 658 am. Finally got off the 1st tee at about 720 am - there were three groups on the tee waiting to start. In the shop could hear others complaining about "lost" reservations. Aside from these initial issues, overall experience was good. Got great deal with Golfnow.

Have played this course multiple times in past 5 years. Recent change in ownership is paying off with more investment in the course, much better carts, clean-up of fairways and surrounding rough and the best greens we've seen there. Each hole is slightly different, so makes for a more interesting round of golf, some forced carry, one drop from tee box, around the bend, narrow and wide open, and finally water. Played in 3 1/4 hours, fast greens made for true roll.

A little expensive for the area. Course in good condition, staff friendly and helpful. No directional signage, so though to tell where next hole is. I played as a single, behind two foresomes...not a good call. They graciously let me through and pace was great after that, felt like my own private course. Beautiful area and course.

I've played this course numerous times, and we noticed the course conditions have declined significantly in the past 2 months. Suddenly we have gopher holes, water lines under repair, tree limbs down and not being cleared away. Course was bare in some spots, fairways in rough condition. Greens were in kept in good condition. We suspect they have cut back on their watering, and overall course maintenance.

Beautiful condition and surroundings, great weather in mid-October. Pace of play was good, course fairly busy on weekday. Front 9 wide open, back was truly spectacular with many interesting holes and views. Only negative note was the lack of any markers, distance guides, markers on fairway sprinkler heads or GPS in cart. It was a guess as to where we were, distance to pins etc. For 1st timers on this course, it made us slower and also put us at a disadvantage. Otherwise beautiful course, in excellent condition.

Favors precision over length, most holes are interesting and keep your atttention. Rates reasonable via golfnow.com. Staff was friendly, including starter and cart person. Only downside was we had three carts over 18 holes, due to existing battery issue on all carts - new batteries due this week should resolve problem.
