Beaver Creek Golf Club
Played On 08/27/2016Majestic Course!
I have now had the pleasure of playing this course 3 times in my life. Once as a teenager, and now a couple more times in the last few years. I can say without a doubt this is the most beautiful and breathtaking course I have played on and to give that some credit I also played Eagle/Vail, Rifle Creek, El Tigre and Kissing Camels to name some other nice ones. My only drawback to Beaver Creek is the cost. You pretty much have to be rich to play here. If my round was not a gift, there is no way I could afford $299 a round.
El Tigre Club de Golf
Played On 08/10/2016beware of the mosquitos!
This is a very fun and well-groomed course. Lots of water & sand! My wife and I made the mistake of booking the very first tee-time to try and avoid the extreme heat, but had to deal with lots of pesky mosquitos for the first hour. Wait until 9am to tee off and you will not be bothered. Hole number 6 is an AMAZING Par 3 with an island green! Golf carts come with green fees and include GPS as well as way to order beverages, etc. The fees are pretty high, unless you are a member of Paradise Village or Playa Royale.
