I have played this course several times and it is one of the friendliest course with exceptionally wide fairways. However, this course has suffered with the worst greens I have ever seen - and not one or two but every green is virtually un-puttable.
But the real issue is there is nothing on the Club's website to indicate how poor the conditions are. Yes the greens fees are somewhat lower but the playing public should be told about conditions - which I hope will improve - before a player shows up in the Pro Shop.

For a Nicklaus course it is far from the standard. Posted green fees were $99 but I paid $ 49 and even at that it was not worth it.
Greens in just fair condition after aeration a few weeks ago but fairways are very poor. Many had been thatched with poor results
Hard to believe they can get $99 for these conditions
Overall layout is a typical course through a residential community
Not many memorable holes!!

Overall a fairly nice course with some rough spots
But slow play is a problem with no marshals to help move play and two finishing holes are very long par 4s even from forward tees. Long wait all day long. Golf should not take 5 hours !! The
Better course to play is Hawks Landing GC
Better greens and it’s cheaper than Falcons Fire.

For green fees over $100 I expected much better conditions
Greens in pretty good condition but fairways were bare in many areas

Very nice layout with several fun but challenging holes
But conditions are not up to par
Poor fairways and some greens show winter kill.
We played early in Spring and dormant Bermuda grass had not greened-up but it does appear any fertilizer has been used on fairways to accelerate growth
Overall disappointed with conditions considering price
But course was in better shape than nearby Eagle’s Pointe

Course is in poor condition.
Very poor fairways and some greens had substantial areas of dead grass.
Management is in process of filling in many bunkers eliminating sand which made for unplayable conditions at some greens.
Finally it appears management has raised green fees at least the week we were there - after the Masters and before the Harbor Town tourney. Course way overpriced - $65 - for conditions

Overall course was in fair to ok shape. Tees were rough and covered with sand. Fairways were thin and wet with apparently overwatering the previous night. Greens were very nice.

Overall this is a nice course and has been improved over the past year. The one negative is when we played there was no ranger to keep play moving. The foursome in front of us searched for balls on every hole consume more than 5 hours to play.

First of all, this was not a classic Jack Nicklaus course - clearly not memorable - nothing to excite the golfer - bland etc. Not Jack's best work by a long shot

But more importantly, the condition was very poor - particularly when considering the cost - green fees are in the $80s for a course where anywhere else (other than HH) would be half that at best. Greens were ok but the fairways were horrible - I suppose the winter was a tough one and the course may have suffered but that should have been reflected in the cost - in short it was way overpriced!! I would not play this course again,

Course is a statement to where golf may be headed. Once a great course - a pga tour stop (Jackie Gleason classic), the facilities are lacking. Rest rooms old and in need of significant improvements. Cart paths are crumbling. Overall an ok course but lacks definition for the first time player. Score card had no layout of the course/holes and it was difficult to know where you were going and the hazards on each hole. A picture on the score card would help. Greens in pretty good condition, fairways just average to poor. Pace of play was excellent since there it was not very busy. Played in 3 hours.
