Lovely course lay out with plenty of room to open your shoulders and really hit the ball. Whilst the greens were excellent there were a few damp patches around the course. This wasn’t surprising as we’ve had a fair amount of rain lately. I would definitely play this course again and recommend it to others.

Outstanding location for a golf course. A challenging round on a course that is exceptionally well maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend to others.

Lovely well laid out course that would have been thoroughly enjoyable had it not been for the heavy rain and saturated conditions..

The course was interesting and well laid out. Whilst the greens looked healthy and well tended, they were not quick. It had been raining and this might be part of the issue? I was very pleased with our visit overall and would recommend it to others.

My wife and I really enjoyed our afternoon in the sun at the course. The receiption was warm and welcoming not just by the staff but also the numerous members we met during and post our round. The course is in excellent shape and has some very interesting hole layouts. We would definitely play the course again and recommend it to others. It's also one of the most lovely settings with far reaching sea and haven views.

The course was pleasing other than the greens which were fluffy and not well maintained. There are a number of crossover holes thar cause delay and uncertainty. This said we enjoyed our round.

Every hole is different and the back 9 is more parkland then the front which is very upland. This aid we thoroughly enjoyed the course, would r3commend a buggy of you are not 100% fit. In terms of value for money it’s outstanding, as are the staff. Would definitely play again.

The course was in very good condition, especially the green which were quick and true. We were twinned up with 2 other golfers and were informed there was a High School tournament some way in front of us. Sadly it eventually caught up with them on 10th hole and from there on the round was very slow. This said it was a very nice day and the company was good, so we enjoyed ourselves.
The staff had clearly been busy all day and there were young people and their families in abundance around the club house which was closing as we came off - 5.45pm, a little early perhaps?
All in all it was a good round on a very good course and good value for money. I would certainly play it again and strongly recommend it to others.

Course is if good condition although the greens are not as quick as they look. This said for a resort course it presents a reasonable challenge off the white tees. Golf in Puerto Vallarta area is quite expensive at this time of the year but the twilight rate at this course is better value and providing your tee time is pre 2.30pm you’ll complete your round. Would play the course again and recommend it to others.

Nice course run by friebly people. Some very interesting holes on a well looked after course.whilst there were a number of weeds on some greens and fairways they were playable and enjoyable. Yes I would recommend it and would play it again.

They’d just overseeded and the course was slightly damp as a result. The greens were good but not fast and the run on the ball was limited. This is an unusually undulating course for Florida and therefore well worth playing. Staff were very friendly and attentive. This however is an over 55’s resort and when booking it you need to bemindful of this? All in all enjoyable.

We booked the tee time and when we arrived realised we were to form part of the shot gun start competition for the over 55yrs community of which this golf club is a part. This was not an issue for us but did we suspect result in a slow down of the overall pace of play.?
The course was in good condition and had been over seeded the day prior. The greens were good but not quick. Yes we enjoyed our round and would play it again.

It was sunny with a cold northerly wind but this did not distract from the fun and engaging nature of the round on the course. In general the course was in good condition save for a few areas that were still fairly damp, I take it from the recent hurricane? This said the greens were good and testing and the fairways allowed some run on the ball. Yes we’d play the course again and recommend it to others. The club was staff were very welcoming especially the pro shop receptionist. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

THe course was in good condition overall. Whilst the greens appeared to be on the slow side they were not. There were a notable variation in greens layout undulations etc which was a challenge in its self. In short we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 ball and will be back agin in the near future.

Stopped playing this course a couple of years ago as it was drifting ever more quickly into becoming a cabbage patch. Surprise, surprise a new owner has taken the reigns and the transformation has begun? Whilst there is still a little more growing and preparation to be done it is now apparent that ther is a good, challenging and testing course once more emerging from the ashes. I would recommend this course but would anticipate that in a month or so this course will be back in fine fettle. The layout and topography make for a testing and interesting round. I'll be back early next year to see if the new management has secured its goal to make this a must play golfing destination.

First time playing this course for some reason? Now that we've found it we'l definitely be back again and would recommend it to others. Arnold Palmer did a great job in overseeing the construction of this course. It is challenging yet forgiving and thus fun to play. A number of the greens were showing long hot summer sun damage and a few fairways had rogue grass / weed infestation. This said all had or were being treated and with the cooler weather on the horizon should disappear? This is definitely NOT a walkers course.

Really like this course which has a very interesting layout - if you like water? And water or at least its presence has made quite a few fairways and rough areas boggy. The management should have imposed a 90 degree rule on many holes and a drive only on cart paths rule on at least 6 or 7 holes. They haven't and as a result some of the fairways are showing cart damage etc. There's also weed infestation on many fairways and some greens. Whilst this is being treated and will be eradicated in a few weeks (hopefully) it is apparent currently. We did enjoy our round, notwithstanding the above shortcomings but would have enjoyed it more if the course was in Presteigne condition. Would fully recommend the course in a few weeks when the ground staff have polished and honed the course once more.

The general condition of the course was not as it was when we last played it some 12 months ago. Could this be associated with the significant increase there has been in house building and associated land preparation around the course? This said you could see that ground staff were seeking to address the various issues, especially those associated with rogue grass infestation on many fairways and some greens. I like this course and suspect that by the commencement of the winter season here it will be back close to its former glory? Hope it is as it has much to offer.

The course was in very good condition and the greens were running well. We got caught in a short storm on 3rd but after waiting 40+ minutes for it to move through we continued our round and finished it before the next downpour. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Sadly the club house has yet to be built which curtails mid and post round facilities somewhat. Would recommend this course unreservedly.

We booked an 8.30am tee time and I'm glad we did. IT had been raining heavily the previous evening and part of the night so we anticipated a waterlogged course. How wrong we were as the greens and fairways showed little sign of the previous heavy rain and were in a good playable condition. Whilst the greens had been air aged 2 days earlier, they were still very playable although a little sandy. As we were first off the tee (the management treated us to an early start) our round was trouble free and fairly quick. This was a real gift as within an hour or so of finishing the heavens opened again and we were treated to the advance weather of the first hurricane to hit this part of Florida for 11 years. Would definitely play again as we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
