Nicely manicured little course. Challenging due to water hazards on most every hole. Greens roll true with lots of movement. Bunkers well defined and lots of sand.

Little grass in fairways, greens like molasses, grumpy staff. They usually try to bring this course back after a summer of neglect, not this year.

Course in good condition except for greens. Very slow, rough and patchy, probably will stay this way until they prep for snow birds.

This is a par 64 executive course. Current owners are trying to improve course after years of neglect. Not there yet but it is slowly coming around. Should play winter rules.
