Kokopelli Golf Course
Played On 07/07/2015placement golf
This is a tough course, not for a beginner. Great course to challenge yourself with. Water is on the left also sand traps are placed in landing areas. This course has trees but feels like a links style so it has mounds.
So this is a mind control placement golf course. Stick to a plan an plan your style of game. Lol
Apache Creek Golf Club
Played On 07/03/2015Great place to play.
I love this course. Most every tee box is a view hitting over the desert to the fairway. Being from Seattle this is a nice change. Also the superstition mountain range is another visual to enjoy. This is the second time I played here. Both times I played this course it was in great shape, greens don't have as much break as you would think the shot has.
Grass Clippings at Rolling Hills
Played On 04/02/2015play the back 9
This course is always slow on the front side. Also the front 9 has several par 3 holes back to back. Then the par 4 holes are drivable if you can hit a 300 yrd drive besides the 18th hole. This is a good practice course for the short game.
Vistal Golf Club
Played On 03/27/2015epic course.
I was amazed by the views of this course. The course was in great shape. Greens had a true roll but a little bounce to them. The staff was really nice an friendly. When I play this course again I will respect the iron shot to the greens. I'd recommend clubbing down an running up.
Paradise Valley Golf Course
Played On 03/18/2015Mark the BALL
This is a rather short course 12 or 13 par 3`s. Greens was in good shape but the ball had a little bounce when putted. The tee boxes and fairways was in really good shape.
I drove a par 4 on the back side and I guess I almost holed the drive. A golfer came up on the green and picked up my ball. I did get the eagle but since my ball was molested it seemed to not be a thrill.
Southern Ridge Golf Club
Played On 03/05/2015Rough day. Poor moms back
I took my mother age 74 out golfing to this course. Golf now had this 50% off so the green fees was 30$ per person with cart. This was a fair rate for this course with the cart and 18 holes. Right. I would not ever pay full price due to the entire place needs repairs everywhere. I did like the sand traps I was in several of them. Not biggie but some really needed to be weeded and have sand in them. Greens in really good shape. Driving the cart was really rough due to it was jerky my back still hurts and I know mom is also feeling it.
Monte - we're glad to hear that you love the course! We hope next time you're in from Seattle, you come back and see us! Thanks for the outstanding review!
