I have been playing this course 5-6 times now, this is a nice course, staff is very friendly. How ever, not once have I had the luxury of finishing the round under 4 hours. If pace of play is important to you, don't play this course. I talked to members here and they told us the rangers do not ever rush the members and many play slow. For reference courses around this course I play averages 3hours.

Like my title says, was slow, single played the round for 3:30 hours, went through 3 groups and still slow. It is 112 degrees out, there are no cold water and the faucet are not working, $10 was cheap but come on no water in AZ?? Staff was friendly and the course was challenging, although some tee boxes are rather confusing, layout is not very obvious. The green is kept rather decently in this heat, but the the tall grass will make sure you lose some balls(bring plenty or don't hit it awry)

Thought to myself can't go wrong with $10 2:30 deal with 99degree heat.

Got in at 2:00, staff was very friendly, told me no line and just go on and play, no one was infront of me for about good 10 holes and then I caught up to the two-some infront of me, but they were also moving fast and I got done by 4:20, so 2:20 hours for 18 holes, not bad at all.

Course condition was a little harsh, green speed felt inconsistent but that could be the heat doing damage to my brain as an execuse for my poor putting. There are always little pebbles and dead little beatles to add to the challenge of putting so... I don't know I hope they are not year around.

Agagin, cannot beat $10 will probably go again for the price.
