Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club
Played On 01/16/2021Tough but fun
This course will test your skill. Lots of dog legs left , sloping greens and hills. The greens are well kept and the fairways are nice. The tee boxes are well worn but what good course doesn’t have that issue. You will hate to love this course.

Played On 03/17/2020The course overall is in fairly good shape. There are some greens that need some TLC but overall fun. The pace of play is pretty good but don’t spend a long time looking for your ball. The natives can be a bit pushy, especially the big groups. Other than that I would recommend this place.
Thank you for the 4-stars and feedback, we hope to see you again soon.

This was a great course. Challenging for all levels of play. There is a lot of water so bring extra golf balls just in case. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. I just moved to the area and this might be my new home course.
Thank you so much for the 5-stars and kind words! Come back and see us again soon!
Alaqua Country Club
Played On 6/13/2013Water torture
This was a fun course with some challenging dog legs, water hazards, and the occasional animal encounter. I felt like there were water hazards everywhere and due to last nights rain, a lot of the sand traps were like watering holes for the deer. Due to the construction there was no driving range so if you are like me and need to get the shanks out , the first few holes are your adjustment period. The last hole was a joke. A stated par 4 was barely a 3 and in rough condition. Almost an after though because of the construction
Blue Cypress Golf Club
Played On 1/17/2013Good and cheap
This is a fun little 9 hole course to play if you want to test your clubs on a course and not have people running up behind you. I'm easily a 20+ handicap and I hit just 9 over. The Tee boxes needed a lot of TLC but the greens were surprisingly very well maintained. I paid $10 and got my money's worth.
Diamond in the rough
This is a great course to play for all levels. There is wind, water, challenging bunkers, fast greens, and an overall fun layout. There were 3 holes at most that need some minor TLC but it didn't real affect playing much. The only gripe I have is with the driving range. its narrow, shorter than most and pricey for not that many balls
Thanks for the excellent 5-stars!
