Foxwood Golf Club - White Course

Nice day to play and they jammed as many people as they could on the course. 40 minutes late teeing off and 3 hour's to play the front nine. Then they squeezed 2 more groups ahead of us to start the back nine. We quit and told them that the cash grab was rediculous.

Golf course is user friendly, was in decent winter condition and is worth while playing. We encountered slow play, but thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Thank you for playing and providing the review. I apologize for the pace of play yesterday. I'm thinking you played in the afternoon. We did have a couple of groups ran slow in spite of our efforts to get them to speed up. The finally were able to but regrettably the damage was already done. We hope to see you again soon.

The Golf Club at Bluewater Bay

Remember playing here a long time ago and it was the premier golf course in the area. They have changed from 36 holes to 18 and they need to call it a day. Unfortunately the place has turned into a disaster and no deal is worth playing here.

Overall the course was in good shape, but it was obvious that the person cutting the pin placements does not play. Pins on at least 6 holes were cut in the middle of slopes. Guess they forgot that this is a pay as you play golf course. All some of the greens were missing was the swinging log.
