The course has several holes with blind landing areas of greens that are hidden from an approach shot. On 18, you have to send a scout cart to make sure the group ahead is clear, then go back into the gully for your tee shot.
More worried about cutting the grass than blowing the leaves away from holes which are also blind. So there’s a good chance your guess at where you landed is covered by leaves.
No coolers.
Also, at the end of your round, you can’t even take your cart to the bag drop area and then bring back to cart area. I’m dealing with a leg issue and that was a big red flag for me.

Played on a beautiful April Day. Many areas within 30 yards of green had choppy grass.
Course has a few blind landing spots. Not a fan when I can't see exactly where my ball goes.
There was a cart girl that we saw a couple of times. Cold drinks and hot dogs. Would always recommend a quick snack shack at the turn.
There is a stretch of holes that have you hit over water. Not a problem for me today. Only way I would have enjoyed this more is if I knew why I was hitting my driver left!

Great course and value price in South Jersey. Wide fairways. My first round without going into trees.

Course in good shape. Tree-lined fairways, but very wide. Biggest challenge is greens on the small aide. Lots of puttable areas from the fringe. Most holes are pretty straight.
Didn’t like how they checked us in. Didn’t assign a cart until we were on the tee box. Also, we were told going out that it was cartpaths and rough only. Ranger came out and said something about where we were driving in the treeline looking for a ball. Not sure what the issue was still. No guides as to where hole is cut. No map and all flags are red.
