The greens are always in great shape, fast and true. Tee boxes and fairways are also very well kept. Mix of shorter and long holes make scoring always a challenge. Front nine is easier so play well and try to hang on for the back nine. About half of the holes have at least a few houses lining the sides. Great views from a couple holes of Mount Baker and the ocean. Good value for the money.

booked game because of reasonable green fee, expected lower condition because of this. was pleasantly surprised at great greens and general condition of course. seemed packed at first but it broke up quickly and played in 3:45.

it blew about 15-20 mph so was challenging but fun. great design, nice bounces to be had from fairway swales. Greens were firm and hard to hold, over the back meant nearly impossible chipping situations a couple of times as they were so fast. loved it though!!

this is my favourite place to play in Palm Springs area. The course is challenging, maintained to a high standard, staff friendly, not surrounded by homes, and great value.

got a great rate from golfnow, early teetime. no range. we started on back 9 and it was more difficult than front. Would of been nicer to start on front to warm up on some easier holes. greens were very fast, easy to 3 putt. nice design and marshall brought us fresh fruit, nice touch.

this is a nice course with no real-estate near it. If it is windy at all or there is a temp. change in the forcast, don't bother unless you are ok with playing in extreme wind conditions. It was hard to stand up and twice I had putts blow away. You had to allow for the wind on EVERY shot. Personnally I enjoy the challenge, and accept a higher score. I broke 90 and considered it a great game.

one of the nines had not been re-seeded yet so greens were a little rough. To be expected this time of year. I enjoyed the game so much I went home and booked game for next day. Would like to go back and play the south course, which was closed for re-seeding. Minor issue, no drivers allowed on range.
