I'm just an average golfer, but I can finish a round in less than 3 hours if players on the course are moving. Four hours is an acceptable average time to complete a round of golf, even if the course is busy, as it is this time of year in FL. FIVE hours plus is not! Won't be back until summer or unless some rangers are hired... whichever comes first.
I would recommend this course to a friend, just not right now with pace as slow as it is.

My first time playing Arizona National. I live in Florida and I was visiting family in Tucson. Decided to try this course as I was already staying nearby. Great decision! The course was in really good shape, and the layout was very interesting. Truly a good example of dessert canyon golf. Great views of Tucson from the various elevated tees. Highly recommend this course as it will keep you engaged with excellent golf and beautiful scenery.

For the amount of play this course gets it's not really in bad shape. For the price, it's one of the better deals in Brevard. Most greens are decent with some being repaired with plugs. Some Tee boxes are a little rounded and need to be flattened out. The reality is, for the price this course is tough to beat.

Generally I enjoy playing this course, but the last few times have been a grind due to slow play. This course is supposed to be one one the better venues to play in Brevard County. It could be too, if they could maintain a reasonable pace of play.
This time of year is a very busy time of year for Central Florida. It is understood that golf courses try to put out as many golfers as possible during this time in order to make their profit margins as high as possible.
That being said, It would seem that management would ensure that pace of play would be monitored closely in order to make each round as enjoyable as possible for all golfers. Having starters and rangers enforcing pace of play would go a long way in doing just that, as well as making revenues for the course more efficient.
5 hours to complete 13 holes on a Tuesday is ridiculous by any standard. I won't be back any time soon.

The course is in much better condition than this past summer. The greens are in really good shape. They are very receptive and roll true. green side grass and fringe are in good shape and very good for chipping. The fairway and tee boxes are in good condition in spite of the damage caused by the Sandhill Cranes. The crew can only do so much with them around.

Coarse is in good condition as usual. From tee box to green in really good shape. Pace of play was ok for a Friday Labor Day weekend. Starter and rangers do their jobs well.

A county coarse that would hold it’s own against many private courses.

Course was really in nice shape, especially the greens. Pace was good, staff was very friendly. What else needs to be said, other than good value for the money.

The course will be in good shape in about 2 weeks. Greens and tee boxes recently punched. Also a rainy week so far.

Course and greens are in really good shape. Mutiple tee boxes allow for as much challenge as you're willing to take on. Pace of play for this time of year was actually pretty good (4.5hr) considering all the golfers that are visitiing from up North.
Staff is excellent. EVERY staff member I came in contact with greeted me with a smile and willingness to help with whatever I needed. I highly recomend this course.

We drove 40 minutes to get to the course. The staff were all etremely helpful and very friendly.
We had a 0745 t-time so no waiting for anything. We finished in just over 3 hours playing at very relaxed pace. it was very enjoyable!
Course is in great shape and will probably only get better as warmer weather approaches. Greens have some undulations are moderately fast and roll true. Make sure to use the practice greens before going out. Practice facilities are nice.
We will be back soon to play this course again.

Interesting course that has 3 nine hole tracks on a sliver of land surrounded by open water on all sides. Playing here is interesting because you never know if you will be playing a beast or a pussycat depending on courses they put you on, and the wind conditions that particular day. The fairways are in good condition, but the ruffs are a little weedy. I guess that's why they call it ruff. Greens are in really good shape, moderately fast and roll true.

Course is in great shape. It can be as easy or challenging as you want to make it, depending on the tees you play. Greens are in good shape and roll true if you get the right speed. Try it you won't be disappointed.

Got to the course, and it was raining. Not a big surprise as this is Florida. I decided to wait out the rain, and I'm glad I did. This course drains really well. With the exception of a few wet spots the course was in great shape. Greens rolled true with moderate speed which with drier weather will only get faster. Finished the round in 3 hours. Well worth the wait and the 40 minute drive to get there.

Course is in good shape and the crew works hard to keep it that way. Greens are fast and roll true provided you pick the right line.Staff is great. They're always friendly and willing to help.
If you're in the area and haven't tried this course you're missing out.

Nice course in really good shape. Pace of play was terrible. 5 hour+ round. Starter sent out 3 singles and a twosome on a crowded weekend instead of pairing people up into foursomes. We waited on every shot with no ranger in site. If you don't mind this type golf, then this is the course for you.
