I play here often even when I have 2 other courses in my membership 30 miles closer to my house. The course is a ton of fun and it is almost always in very very nice shape. If you’ve never played it get out and try it you’ll like it especially the island green par 3. It’s a doozie.

As a member of the Springs course group I brought my family and friends to Springfield for a round. Course is in great shape. Everyone had fun and the staff was very pleasant. Not a cheap
Place to play but the course is in excellent shape. Try it if you haven’t played it yet.

I've always enjoyed playing this golf course. It really has it all when it comes to course layout. Short par 4s medium length par 5s and a good mix on the par 3s. Playing it a time or two will help with a few blind shots that will come up in your round. They are pretty proud of it and can charge a pretty penny to play so It's a good idea to use golf now to get the good deals.

20 bucks to play is a great deal. Greens are in very very nice shape for this time of year. The layout is pretty cool and again for 20 bucks you can't go wrong. There isn't much to speak about for anything else about the place except for the golf as the bar and clubhouse are extremely dated.

Course is always one of my favorites when I come back to the area. Deal was amazing on golf now. They look to be struggling just a bit with a couple of the greens but the deal was too good to complain about a green or two. My biggest issue for the day was it was pretty hot for the triple cities(90°)+ and there was not a single water jug to get a drink and since it was a weekday the concession stand at the turn waa closed. Needless to say it was a tough day. A fun layout that holds many good memories from my childhood.

Course was a tad wet as we had some rain in the past couple of days so it was a path only day. Greens are in very nice shape for mid winter and the course layout is one I really enjoy playing. 24 bucks on golf now so a very good deal there. Try it if you never have or play it again and support the place.

Gor the chance to play #2 and could not have been more impressed with the course. Lots of talk about how its not as appealing to the eye as it used to be.... To each their own but I absolutely loved it. The course is as fair as a "Major Championship" course should be. The fairways are wide enough but being on your tee game will help setup an imperative part of what will make or break your day,approach shots in to some of the most diabolical green complexes I've ever played. Even with the course "dumbed down" for us everyday amatuers if you missed on the wrong side of the hole getting up and down was very difficult,typical of a Donald Ross design. I loved it and look forward to another trip back.

This track never disappoints and for $30 bucks on golf now you've got to be kidding me!! Greens were a bit slow but they are always very receptive. Teeing areas and fairways are always near perfect. Staff is extremely friendly and always make you feel welcome. Again, hands down the best deal in the Charlotte golf market if you dont mind driving a bit to get there.

The course is always in very nice shape. I enjoy the layout of the track and it is a place that I always look forward to playing.
