The front 9 is unavailable due to a bridge outage. No schedule for bridge replacement and the price does not reflect the deteriorating conditions of the course. The HOA needs to step up to fixing the course or taking the price way down.

Played several times Jan-Mar 21 and as of late March it is slow play. 5 hrs following multiple slow foursomes ruined a great day.

We played the day after a Tropical Storm came through. The course was soggy and cart path only made it difficult to figure distance and club selection. So every shot was hard to judge distance and lie before walking to your ball from the cart path. One GPS app had the front/back nine reversed, making GPS use more challenging.

But all in all, still a good day to be out and we were glad we did.

We played in a Foursome with our neighbors and thoroughly enjoyed the impeccable course conditions. The course layout was challenging with many photo op scenes to enjoy. Greens were beautiful and fast.

Good course to practice elevation changes and bunker recoveries. The greens are small and run up shots easily glide over the green. Fairways are average roll, not fast. Most fairways are forgiving in width with few trees.

Nice layout but greens were in bad condition as were tees. The fairways were in fair condition. The day was spoiled by slow pace, no ranger enforcement. Cart patches were also inbad condition.

Nice course, but it’s slowed by a couple of jerks who cut in front of us while we followed a slow 4-some. We had to wait on them for 14 straight holes.

Victoria hills is a fine golf course with lots of bunkers and groomed greens, fairways, and tees. Golf now is the most screwed up system and golf pass is a total ripoff. Must be due to NBC ownership!

We enjoyed our first round at this course and found the course to be in excellent condition. There are only a few holes where playing strategy is critical to avoid hazards. The pace of play was slowed due to following a large group playing best ball, but we still finished in 4.5 hrs. Normally this course should be played in 3.5 hrs or less. I plan on playing this course again soon.

Tees fairway and bunkers in good condition. Greens had lots of sand and aerator holes so putting condition were poor. Still a fine day in cold sun and we enjoyed the day. Frost delayed TeeOff by 1/2 hr but pace was fine.

Fast greens with subtle breaks and slopes, well manicured fairways and bunkers. The pace was relaxed, and although we waited on the foursome ahead, it gave us more time to appreciate the surrounding landscape and homes. We finished in under 4 hours. The rough was forgiving green grass with some trees. Some water hazards, but rarely crossing fairways.
We will play this one again!

Played for the first time. The fairways and greens were in good condition. Bunkers need more sand. Was surprised by two water hazards, so it is wise to check the hole data before playing the hole. Cart paths are rough. The pace was slower than expected with the round taking 4,5 hrs.

We played this course for the first time on a chilly day. The course was in good condition and the greens challenging with multiple levels and slopes. The rough was easy to play from. Many bunkers guard the greens, adding to the challenge. The bunkers were in nice condition, although some had hard dirt making controlled shots more difficult.

This was our third round at this course and we enjoyed the day working on short games. Many holes have large bunkers protecting the green, so you do get bunker practice. The rough is easy to play out of and the greens are challenging with many slopes. The pace was a bit slow, but we still finished in 3 hours even with a wait on every hole.

Second time on this course, so took more time in putting the fast greens. Also adjusted club selections for more ground roll. Even though we waited at every tee, still finished in under 4 hrs. It is still a great place to work on your short game.

The bunkers are dirt, and greens are fast. Fringe and rough are mowed short, so approach shots easily roll off the greens. Fairways are open with few hazards or bunkers. An otherwise nice day was marred by waits on every hole.

The wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a round at Paradise Valley. We had to adjust for longer ball roll and super fast greens.

The starter told us we would be following a group of college students (multiple foursomes), but we would get off on time. Little did we know that these college students had no clue of "ready golf" and they proceeded down the course following painfully slow etiquette. When the ability is bogey or double bogey gold, this leads to extra long times per hole. It took over 5 1/2 hours to complete the round behind them. We waited on every hole both at the tee and waiting for them to clear the green. The facilities were very long of the tooth, built in the 50's and not updated.

We played this course with friends in a foursome and had a great time. The course has some challenges, but does not have extreme hazards, which made the course more enjoyable for some of our players. The course is in good shape and the greens are well maintained. The staff is friendly.

The course is in much better condition this year and less construction to go through. The fairways are often lined with long stretches of sand or trees and a few water hazards are also involved. The bunkers can be intimidating, especially the large pothole bunkers guarding the approach to the greens. The greens are challenging with undulations and slopes. All in all it is a fun course to play.
